Eva Longoria has never been the type to stay in one lane—or one zip code—for very long. Best known for her breakout role as Gabrielle “Gaby” Solis on Desperate Housewives, the Texas-born actress quietly turned that early TV fame into a long-running, multi-hyphenate career that now spans acting, producing, directing, investing, and entrepreneurship. As of 2025, her net worth is estimated at around $80 million, the result of two decades of smart career pivots and even smarter business moves.
While she still pops up on screen—most recently in projects like Only Murders in the Building—Longoria’s professional life today looks very different from her Hollywood-heavy early years. She’s now just as likely to be calling the shots behind the camera, currently directing Netflix’s The Fifth Wheel, starring Kim Kardashian and Nikki Glaser, her second feature as a director.
Through her production company, UnbeliEVAble Entertainment, she’s helped usher in a new generation of Latinx stories, while her off-camera ventures range from founding Casa del Sol tequila to backing the John Wick franchise long before it became a global juggernaut. Longtime brand partnerships with L’Oréal Paris and others haven’t hurt either.
Her personal life has shifted just as dramatically. Married since 2016 to Mexican media executive José “Pepe” Bastón, Longoria now splits her time between Spain and Mexico with their son, Santiago. After spending most of her adult life in Los Angeles, she’s been open about feeling ready to close that chapter and embrace a more international way of living—one that feels better aligned with where she is now, both personally and professionally.
That evolution shows up clearly in her real estate choices. Once rooted in headline-grabbing Los Angeles properties—including homes previously owned by Tom Cruise—Longoria has steadily reworked her property portfolio, selling off stateside holdings while putting down deeper roots abroad. Here, we take a look at the houses, villas, and retreats that have traced Longoria’s evolution from Hollywood fixture to global citizen.

San Antonio

Set within a gated enclave just north of downtown, the four-bedroom, three-bath house spans 3,342 square feet on about an acre and includes a lagoon-style pool, covered porch, landscaped grounds, a game room, and a private study.
Longoria once shared a far more grand Lone Star State address—a 53-acre Hill Country estate in Boerne’s Anaqua Springs Ranch—with ex-husband Tony Parker, the former San Antonio Spurs star. The sprawling compound, still owned by Parked, which was once listed for $19.5 million, remains on the market today at $15.5 million.

Malibu
Image Credit: Google Earth BBack in May of 2008, while living primarily in a multistory home in the Hollywood Hills that she bought in 2006 and sold in 2018 (for a half-million dollar loss!), Longoria expanded her L.A. holdings, snapping up a gated hideaway just above Zuma Beach for $2.5 million. The 1,514-square-foot, ranch-style home—modest in size with just three bedrooms and two baths—sits at the end of a private drive, a stealthy, low-profile precursor to her much splashier Los Angeles estates.

Beverly Hills

The contemporary Spanish mansion, built in 1996 and hidden down a long gated driveway, measures just over 11,000 square feet and includes six family bedrooms, two staff bedrooms, eight full bathrooms, and two half baths.
The extensively renovated abode features multiple living and family rooms, a media room, a library, a glass-walled gym, a temperature-controlled wine room, and a chef’s kitchen paired with a full catering kitchen. The resort-style grounds incorporate a swimming pool and spa, a pool house with a bar, an outdoor kitchen, a motor court, a four-car garage, and a lighted championship tennis court. Longoria and Bastón have refreshed the property with lush landscaping, along with a state-of-the-art security system throughout.
The couple attempted to sell the home back in May 2023, when they listed it for nearly $23 million. The price eventually fell to just under $19 million before records show it was taken off the market in August of 2024.

Marbella

She has said she first fell for Marbella two decades ago and seized the opportunity when the right house finally came on the market. Though it required refurbishment, the villa checked every box in terms of size and location. She reportedly purchased the property the same day she viewed it.

Mexico City

Her ties to the country deepened through her marriage to Bastón, a former president of Televisa, and were explored onscreen in CNN’s Searching for Mexico, which preceded her Spain series. In addition to real estate, Longoria holds a stake in the storied Liga MX soccer club Necaxa, a storyline chronicled in the FX docuseries Necaxa. The Aguascalientes-based team also counts Ryan Reynolds, Rob McElhenney, Justin Verlander, Kate Upton, and Odell Beckham Jr. as minority owners.
