Sarah Michelle Gellar and Freddie Prinze Jr. are shifting gears on the sale of their sprawling Brentwood estate. After putting the home in the rolling hills of Lower Mandeville Canyon up for sale in late May for $10.5 million, the couple has introduced a slight price adjustment after three months on the market.
The Buffy the Vampire Slayer star and She’s All That heartthrob are now seeking $9.95 million for the Colonial-style spread, which they purchased for $6.1 million in 2013. They then gave the residence—built by Shain Development in the early 2000s—an extensive makeover, notably upgrading the swimming pool and converting an attic into a teen hangout with arcade machines. Cindy Ambuehl of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California holds the updated listing.
