It appears Sean Hannity’s time along South Florida’s exclusive “Billionaire Beach” will be short-lived and extremely lucrative. Just over a year after he scooped up a waterfront mansion in Manalapan, the Fox News host is asking $44.9 million—almost twice the $23.5 million he paid—for the waterfront spread. Douglas Elliman’s Nicholas Malinosky and Jessica Julian are handling the listing.
Stretching from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway, the massive Mediterranean compound occupies nearly two acres of super-prime coastline. The estate boasts 150 feet of direct water frontage on both sides, featuring a dock with deep-water access on the Intracoastal and a private cottage nestled into the dunes on the beach.

Records also show he spent more than $20 million on side-by-side townhouses in Palm Beach—the first in 2021 and the second in 2025—for which he received permission to merge into a single residence of more than 8,000 square feet.
