The Hamptons Home Where Bravo’s ‘Summer House’ Was Filmed Lists for $5.7 Million

If walls could talk, this Hamptons estate would need its own reunion special. The Sag Harbor home made famous by the hit reality series Summer House has officially hit the market—and the timing couldn’t be more on-brand.

Set behind gates on 4.3 acres, the roughly 8,700-square-foot residence has served as the Bravo show’s primary filming location since 2021, playing host to themed parties, late-night arguments, and the kind of emotional plot twists that keep fans glued to their screens. Now, as the series airs a particularly turbulent 10th season with no confirmed future, its most recognizable co-star—the house itself—may be making an exit.

Unsurprisingly, the cedar-shingled retreat is built for spectacle. Inside are seven en suite bedrooms and a total of eight and a half bathrooms, along with a home theater, gym, and even a meditation room—though inner peace hasn’t exactly been the vibe here. The double-height foyer leads to expansive entertaining spaces, while the chef’s kitchen—anchored by a large island and casual dining area—flows into the main living areas.

The main-floor primary suite leans into serenity—another thing in short supply in the series, with a private sitting area, patio access, a spacious dressing room, and a spa-like bath with a steam shower. The upstairs guest rooms are arranged around a lounge space that opens to a balcony overlooking the grounds.

Out back is where the show has truly earned its party stripes. There’s a heated pool and spa anchoring the landscaped grounds, joined by a fully equipped pool house with an outdoor bar and grill. A detached two-car garage rounds out the resort-style setup, while the home’s proximity to Sag Harbor Village and bay beaches adds to its appeal, both to publicity-seeking reality TV stars and the less-famous general public.

The property has also proven its financial chops, reportedly pulling in up to $46,000 a month in rental income when not occupied by the Summer House camera crews. It’s currently on the market for $5.65 million with brokers Alfredo Barreto and Vincent Horcasitas of Saunders & Associates. It last sold in 2021 for $4.6 million, records show.

Of course, it’s not just the house making headlines. Off-screen, a complicated love triangle involving castmates Amanda Batula, Ciara Miller, and West Wilson has been unfolding across the internet in real time, adding another layer of intrigue to an already buzzy moment for the franchise. Which raises the question: Is this a strategic moment to sell or a sign the party may be winding down? Either way, the house is ready for its next chapter. Just in time for summer 2026.
