Princess Elizabeth of Yugoslavia spent much of her life moving between countries after her family was forced into exile following World War II. During the 1990s and into the early 2000s, one of the many places she called home was a secluded estate in Topanga Canyon that was designed around two priorities: privacy and horses.
According to the listing, the estate was custom built for the princess, with horse corrals, large stretches of usable land, and enough seclusion to feel removed from the hurly-burly of Los Angeles. Known as Sky Ridge, the nearly 14-acre ranch sits atop its own ridge with wide-open views across the Santa Monica Mountains. Princess Elizabeth, also known as Jelisaveta Karađorđević, is the daughter of Prince Paul of Yugoslavia and the mother of actress Catherine Oxenberg, who starred on the 1980s television series Dynasty. After living in cities including London, Paris, Nairobi, and New York, she returned to Serbia in 2001 after her family’s citizenship was restored and later launched an unsuccessful campaign for the country’s presidency.

According to the listing, Grammy-nominated singer, songwriter, and producer Mike Posner called the property home from January 2024 through March 2025. Posner is best known for the hit songs “Cooler Than Me” and “I Took a Pill in Ibiza.”
