    Heather and Terry Dubrow’s Beverly Hills Estate Lists for $25 Million

    It’s been barely two years since Heather and Terry Dubrow doled out $16.1 million for a sprawling estate in the mountains above Beverly Hills, replete with jaw-dropping vistas stretching from Downtown L.A. to the Pacific Ocean. Now, after some slight tweaks, the married reality TV stars are already looking to hand over the keys to the stately 90210 compound, asking a substantially increased $25 million. The listing is held by Josh Altman of Douglas Elliman California and Josh Flagg of Compass.

    The Dubrows—she a Real Housewives of Orange County cast member, and he a plastic surgeon known for his work on Botched—picked up the home in July 2023 from the estate of the late filmmaker Martha De Laurentiis. She and her legendary producer husband Dino De Laurentiis, who passed away back in 2010, paid around $2.8 million for the spread almost four decades ago and then undertook an extensive customization of the premises. Before that, the home was also owned by millionaire restaurateur Steve Crane, the former husband of Lana Turner, who sold the place to Where Love Has Gone author Harold Robbins in 1978 for a mere $850,000.

    Built in the 1940s, the two-story traditional structure is hidden away behind a lengthy gated driveway and a spacious motor court amid eight-plus bluff-top acres overlooking Benedict Canyon in the Beverly Hills Post Office area. Inside, five bedrooms and nine baths are spread across almost 9,000 square feet of two-level living space introduced via a double-height foyer displaying a sweeping dual staircase.

    Other highlights include a sun-drenched living room boasting French doors spilling out to the backyard, plus a cozy fireside den, a formal dining room with a fireplace, and a wood-clad kitchen outfitted with stone countertops, an eat-in peninsula, and top-tier stainless appliances.     Outdoors, the grounds host a swimming pool surrounded by an expansive brick deck holding a hot tub, a kitchen setup, and several spots ideal for alfresco lounging and entertaining. There’s also a full-size tennis court and an attached three-car garage.

    In addition to their Beverly Hills mansion, the couple also lays claim to a swank Roberto Cavalli-designed penthouse in the Century City neighborhood of Los Angeles that they paid Russian billionaire Sergey Grishin $14 million for in 2022. And though they sold their elaborate Newport Coast mansion known as the Dubrow Chateau three years ago to medical device tycoon Xu Hang for a record-breaking $55 million, they still maintain a residence in Orange County.

    This Hyatt Heir’s Massive L.A. Estate Has Nearly 20 Fireplaces. Now It Can Be Yours for $195 Million.

    Though they separated in late 2022 after 33 years of marriage, the extravagant Los Angeles estate that Tony and Jeanne Pritzker once shared has only now become available for sale following the finalization of their divorce this past May. The Pritzkers—he an heir to the Hyatt Hotels fortune and chairman and CEO of Pritzker Private Capital who has an estimated net worth of around $4 billion, and she a longtime philanthropist—are asking a whopping $195 million for the Beverly Hills Post Office residence, which ranks as one of the largest in the U.S.

    Should the place go for anywhere near the hefty ask, it would set a record for the city, topping the sale of a nearby Beverly Hills spread known as the Warner Estate that went to Amazon founder Jeff Bezos in 2020 for $165 million. The listing is held by Stephen Shapiro and Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency.

    Resting beyond walls and a lengthy gated and hedge-lined driveway, atop a six-acre promontory overlooking the entire L.A. Basin, the property was custom-built and designed by McCoy Construction and architect Ed Tuttle over six years and completed in 2011. Structures include a main home, a detached guesthouse, and separate staff quarters—for a combined total of 16 bedrooms and 27 baths in 50,000 square feet.

    A fountain-clad courtyard serves as a gateway to the primary residence, which greets with a striking atrium-style foyer resembling I.M. Pei’s Louvre Pyramid. Other highlights include a living room holding one of almost 20 fireplaces filtered throughout the house, a formal dining room, a gourmet kitchen outfitted with Gagganeau appliances, and a library. A sumptuous primary suite has dual closets and baths.

    The greenery-encased grounds span six acres and showcase an infinity-edge pool and spa.

    Elsewhere is a movie theater, a wine cellar, a wellness center, a bowling alley, and a safe room. The amenities continue outdoors, where the manicured grounds are laced with gardens and meandering pathways and host an infinity-edge pool and spa, a full kitchen, and a lighted tennis court flanked by a viewing platform. There’s also geothermal heating and cooling, along with solar panels, a generator, and on-site parking for up to 100 vehicles.

    The erstwhile couple has since gone their separate real estate ways. Per The Wall Street Journal, which first reported the listing, Jeanne has moved out of the marital estate and Tony Pritzker appears to have spent $19.5 million on a penthouse at Westwood’s Beverly West condominium.

    Nancy Sinatra’s Former Beverly Hills Pad Can Be Yours for $3 Million

    Got a pair of boots that are made for walkin’? You might want to throw them on and stroll on over to this hot property before it’s gone!

    As first announced by The Hollywood Reporter, a groovy midcentury modern abode once owned by singer Nancy Sinatra has just popped up for sale in a canyon high above Beverly Hills for the first time in five decades, asking a step under $3 million.

    “Rarely do we see a home come to the market with such a rich Hollywood history,” listing agent Steve Frankel of Coldwell Banker Realty told THR. “This is a wonderful opportunity to restore this midcentury gem and further cement it as the Hollywood treasure it is for years to come.”

    Per records, the eldest daughter of legendary crooner Frank Sinatra purchased the place while married to pop star Tommy Sands back in the ’60s, around the same time she released her No. 1 hit These Boots Are Made For Walkin‘. The Beverly Hills Post Office residence was subsequently occupied for a short time by Lost in Space director Sobey Martin, before ultimately selling to Abraham and Renee Frank for a mere $103,000 back in June 1973.

    Currently owned by the couple’s daughter Orly Frank, who has lived there since she was in high school, the low-slung whitewashed structure rests on a gated quarter-acre parcel in the Beverly Hills Post Office area, and features four bedrooms and a matching number of baths filtered across a little more than 2,700 square feet of “largely preserved” living space.

    Other highlights include a gated motorcourt with a “mod entry,” which opens into a spacious living room sporting a martini bar, white brick fireplace with a yellow floating hearth and walls of glass spilling out to a sundeck-encased pool area offering picturesque hillside views; and elsewhere is a dining area, the original kitchen and a primary bedroom hosting a walk-in closet.

    Last, but not least, there’s also a two-car garage that’s accessible via a driveway where Sinatra filmed the video for her ’67 tune I Gotta Get Outta This Town.

    According to THR, Frank is selling because her parents have since passed away. “My mom just loved that house so much and so did my dad,” she said. “It’s a great home. It has all the midcentury modern bones.”

    Rockstar Energy’s Founder Sells His Sprawling L.A. Estate for $25 Million

    After more than three years of it bouncing on and off the market, energy drink mogul Russ Weiner has finally succeeded in unloading his Beverly Park mansion, one of two lavish estates he owns in the famously expensive and star-studded gated community. The 1.2-acre property sold for exactly $25 million to local businessman Tony Safoian, the CEO of Google Cloud-focused technology consultancy SADA Systems, and his longtime wife Lana.

    Built in 1999 for a now-deceased Russian businessman and designed by noted architect Richard Landry, the Tuscan-style manor sits behind gates and tall hedges. With 10,575 square feet of main house living space, plus a detached guesthouse, the resort-like place has more than enough room for grand galas and events.

    Weiner, 53, bought the house in 2015 for $18.6 million. With brief interruptions, the essentially unchanged property has been on the market since early 2020, with asking prices ranging from a high of $35 million to a low of $27.9 million. When Safoian finally came calling, the house was listed at $30 million.

    In addition to eight bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, interior highlights include an enormous foyer with dual staircases, limestone flooring throughout, a gym with an attached sauna and massage room, a chef’s kitchen with commercial-grade appliances and a mahogany library that includes a walk-in safe. Upstairs, the master retreat is itself the size of a small house, and packs in a spa-style bathroom, dual closets, a private office, private balcony and a “hidden” spiral staircase leading down into the library, per the listing.

    Outdoors, the grounds include two expansive lawns, one made of AstroTurf and the other containing real grass. There are also pathways traced by manicured boxwood, bright bunches of bougainvillea and olive trees. And al fresco entertaining is made easy with a loggia-covered dining area and a poolside outdoor kitchen with an outdoor fireplace, wet bar and built-in BBQ center.

    Safoian, 45, cofounded SADA Systems in 2000. In 2021, the North Hollywood-based tech company surpassed $1 billion in annual revenue for the first time; last year, it inked a $2.5 billion partnership deal with Google. Since 2015, Safoian has owned and occupied a two-story house in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood.

    As for Weiner, he now primarily resides in Florida but still owns a mansion in Park City, Utah, in addition to another Beverly Park home he’s owned since 2007 and an investment property in the Hollywood Hills.

    Beverly Park, long famed as the most expensive gated community in Los Angeles, boasts a number of high-profile residents behind its heavily guarded gates.     Mischa Barton’s Former Beverly Hills Estate Sells to The Chainsmokers’ Alex Pall for $8.8 Million

    After spending a little more than two months on the market for just under $10 million, this posh Italian-inspired villa high above Beverly Hills has officially traded hands for $8.8 million. Records show the discount-minded buyer is musician Alex Pall, who is probably best known as one-half of the Grammy-winning DJ duo The Chainsmokers.

    Last sold in summer 2021 for just under $9.2 million, the three-building compound is probably best known as the one-time residence of British-born actress Mischa Barton, who paid $6.4 million for the place back in 2005 when she was starring as Marissa Cooper on Fox’s hit TV show The O.C. She went on to list the lavish abode for $8.7 million some five years later, after falling behind on her mortgage payments, before finally managing to unload it in 2016 for a smidge over $7 million to an entity linked to Agoura Hills-based investment firm Strategic Acquisitions Inc.

    Tucked away behind walls and gates, on a 1.2-acre parcel sited in the Beverly Hills Post Office area, the property was completed in 2003. Known as the Bowmont estate, the stucco and terra-cotta-roof structure includes a main house and two guesthouses—for a total of six bedrooms and nine baths in over 10,000 square feet of living space packed with glitzy amenities like a game room, wine cellar, gym and movie theater.

    The main house is introduced via a double-height foyer displaying a curving wrought-iron staircase, which flows to formal living and dining rooms, an office space, and a gourmet kitchen decked out with a marble-topped eat-in island, top-tier stainless appliances and a breakfast nook. Upstairs, a sumptuous master retreat is accessible via double doors, and comes complete with a fireplace, balcony, dual closets, and a bath sporting a soaking tub and pair of steam showers.

    Not to be overlooked are the picturesque grounds, which are laced with greenery and bougainvillea, and spotlighted by a lap pool and covered loggia. There’s also a detached garage for three vehicles, plus a motorcourt equipped with a handy car turntable.

    In addition to his new Beverly Hills home, Pall also maintains several houses throughout the Los Angeles area, including a 1930s bungalow in the Hollywood Hills that he bought in 2013 for $2.7 million and then remodeled. As for Barton, she’s currently set to guest star in an Amazon Freevee reboot of the Australian drama Neighbours.
