MyHome.ie to cut agents’ listing subscription fees by 50%

  • Fee cut to be backdated to March 1st
  • Initiative to last four months
  • ‘We recognise that property agents have been enormously impacted by the Covid-19 crisis’

MyHome.ie has today announced that it will cut its listing subscription fees for property agents by 50% in light of the ongoing Covid-19 crisis.

This fee cut will be backdated to March 1st and will run for four months until the end of June. This arrangement will be reviewed on a monthly basis.

Speaking today, Angela Keegan, Managing Director of MyHome.ie, said: “This is an unprecedented time for the property sector, and for society as a whole. We recognise that property agents have been enormously impacted by the Covid-19 crisis, and that is why we have implemented these significant rate cuts. We want to do everything we can over the coming months to help our colleagues get through this spell of uncertainty.”

Ms. Keegan added that online viewings were now more important than ever, considering open viewings have been paused.

“We will continue to work on enhancing our online features so agents can have the best possible platform on which to virtually showcase their available properties.”
