Now that Josh Jacobs has taken his talents to Wisconsin as a running back for the Green Bay Packers, he no longer needs the Nevada digs he resided in while he was suiting up for the Las Vegas Raiders. So, he’s decided to hand over the keys to the modern mansion tucked away in the hillside community of Southern Highlands, asking a smidge under $6 million. The listing is held by James Meadows of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Nevada Properties.
Records show Jacobs doled out $750,000 for the nearly one-acre property back in summer 2021 and proceeded to build his “ultimate dream home.” Completed in 2023, the single-level stucco and stone-accented structure rests behind gates and high hedges in the exclusive Augusta Canyon neighborhood, just minutes from the Strip, and features three bedrooms and four baths in a little more than 5,300 square feet. There’s also an attached six-car garage with air conditioning and epoxy floors that’s perfect for auto enthusiasts.

A private courtyard entry bolstered by a fire pit introduces the open-concept interiors, which are highlighted by a soaring great room anchored by a living room sporting a floor-to-ceiling fireplace, a wet bar, a climate-controlled wine wall, and automated pocketing glass doors spilling out to the backyard. A dining area topped by a matchstick light fixture connects to the sleekly designed kitchen, which is outfitted with white marble countertops and backsplashes and ebony-hued cabinetry and appliances.

Elsewhere is a tiered movie theater and a posh primary suite hosting a bespoke closet and a luxe bath equipped with dual vanities and a glass-encased shower. Outdoors, the resort-like grounds are spotlighted by a lap pool with a spa and two Baja shelves, a half-basketball court, and a covered patio sporting a built-in barbecue.
Originally drafted out of the University of Alabama in 2019 with the No. 24 overall pick by the Silver and Black, the 26-year-old Oklahoma native went on to become the Pro Football Writers of America’s “Offensive Rookie of the Year,” the 2022 NFL rushing leader, and a two-time Pro Bowler. After entering into free agency in March 2024, Jacobs subsequently inked a four-year, $48 million deal with the Packers.
