Maluma’s ‘Coco Loco’ Music Video Was Filmed in This $2.5 Million Miami Condo

It’s unlikely that almost 100 million people will ever see the inside of your home, but if you snap up this modern Miami loft, that’s exactly the case.

That’s because the 1,800-square-foot, 22nd-floor condo at the 50-story Ten Museum Park tower was a filming location for Colombian superstar Maluma’s “Coco Loco” music video. The space, designed by B+G Design and transformed into a sleek, sexy palette of black, white, and gray, gained significant exposure when the video debuted a couple years ago and subsequently garnered over 96 million views on YouTube.

The double-height lounge’s 20-foot windows open to a terrace with the same view over the Intracoastal Waterway as in the video. The minimalistic open kitchen, tucked under a lower ceiling, is all black cabinetry and stainless-steel appliances from Sub-Zero, Miele, and Bosch. An imposing white marble island with lightning-like black veining brightens up the space and includes an integrated snack bar for quick meals. More formal meals can be eaten in the adjacent dining area.

An architectural staircase climbs to the lofted bedroom, which has curtains for privacy and light modulation. A mirror-lined dressing hall leads to the bathroom, which is done up in the same rigidly linear black-and-white color scheme as the kitchen. There’s also a tucked-away office/guest room lined with built-ins for convenient storage and display.

The sizable terrace includes plenty of room for lounging and dining.

Ten Museum Park was designed by Oppenheim Architecture and is jam-packed plenty of deluxe amenities for its residents. The pièce de la résistance is the 25,000-square-foot Clinique La Prairie Wellness Center and Spa, which includes meditation spaces, aromatherapy pavilions, a sauna, and more. The building also offers six different pools, ranging from lap pools to plunge pools, for whichever sort of water-based activity you’re in the mood for.

Residence 2202 is now on the market for $2.5 million with Miltiadis Kastanis at Compass. While Maluma never called this swanky condo home, the 31-year-old singer and rapper appreciates plenty of other high-end fancies. He collects Porsches, and to celebrate the debut of his 2024 album, he designed a $400,000 watch and a necklace with a diamond-encrusted pendant with the jeweler Jacob & Co.
