ROA has acquired the fifth floor, taking 2,271 sq ft on a 10-year lease at £37/sq ft.
The five-storey building, which is owned by BMO Global Asset Management, has recently undergone a refurbishment which includes shower facilities, a communal roof terrace and pre-installed digital infrastructure.
ROA will join NVM Equity, which is based on the fourth floor.
“We are very excited about moving to Reading and Tw12ve, the town has excellent amenities, strong connectivity and will help us maintain our high levels of productivity and customer care,” said Charlie Liverton, chief executive at ROA.
