Housing secretary Jenrick joins RESI line-up as keynote speaker

In his speech, Jenrick, who at last year’s event spoke about the planning white paper and leasehold ownership, is expected to outline what the government wants from the residential sector post-pandemic.

He joins a stellar speaker line-up that includes BPF president and Argent Related chairman David Partridge, Rightmove director Tim Bannister and Pocket Living development director Thomasin Renshaw. BBC business editor Mark Easton will again host.

The event will include sessions on the rising cost of materials, case studies on successful diversity and inclusion initiatives and a panel discussion on the levelling-up agenda.
