Beyoncé & Jay-Z have just purchased this massive modern home in Malibu, California for a whopping $200 million. That makes it the most expensive home ever sold in California and the 2nd most expensive residential property ever sold in the country. Designed by renowned Japanese architect Tadao Ando, the oceanfront home was built by the late couple William Bell & Lee Phillip Bell. William created several popular and long-running soap operas including “The Young and the Restless” and “The Bold and the Beautiful”. The home sits on an 8-acre bluff and features 45,000 square feet of living space.
