Justin Bieber has come a long way since his headline-making days of rental-hopping and wild party pads. The 31-year-old pop phenom first rose to fame in 2009 with his breakout EP My World and the hit single “Baby,” building his fortune through music tours, record sales, brand deals, and his Drew House clothing line.
Now married to Hollywood scion and model Hailey Baldwin and new parents to son Jack Blues Bieber (born August 2024), Bieber and Baldwin both have leaned heavily into their individual entrepreneurial projects. Hailey, the 28-year-old daughter of actor Stephen Baldwin, recently sold her skincare brand, Rhode, to e.l.f. Beauty for a whopping $1 billion, reportedly netting her around $300 million. Meanwhile, Justin, who recently sold his music catalog for $200 million amid unconfirmed reports of money problems, cut ties with Drew House in April 2025 and has been teasing a new brand, Skylrk.
Together, the couple has curated a strategic and sophisticated real estate portfolio. Before settling into their current collection of homes, Justin’s early years in L.A. saw him living in some of the city’s most iconic and unconventional rentals. In 2014, just before releasing his massively successful fourth studio album, Purpose, he shacked up in what’s famously known to Angelenos as the “salad spinner house” in Beverly Hills. The residence earned its quirky moniker for its distinctive cylinder shape and all-glass exterior, offering the singer a striking bolthole during a pivotal moment in his career.
Today, the couple’s holdings are known to include three lavish properties: a Beverly Hills estate, a desert vacation retreat in a celeb-studded enclave in the Coachella Valley, and a sprawling lakefront compound in Canada. Rumors have swirled recently that the duo is eyeing an escape across the pond. In March, The U.S. Sun reported they’re exploring the idea of buying a European villa as a retreat from the “madness” of life in the U.S., though no purchase has been confirmed.
Below, a closer look at one of their former abodes and the trio of mansions the young power couple currently call home—and the jaw-dropping amenities that come with each.
Ontario Lake House

This sprawling 101-acre property soon became their pandemic refuge during the global shutdown, also offering a peaceful contrast to the whirlwind of fame and intense public scrutiny.
The 9,000-square-foot main house is packed with luxe features: four bedrooms, six bathrooms, vaulted ceilings with rustic beams, a two-story wine cellar, a private gym, a game room, a home theater, and three fireplaces. Outdoors, the estate sports private lake access plus a full equestrian setup complete with stables and a 5/8-mile racetrack.
Former Beverly Hills Home
Image Credit: Google Earth In March 2019, shortly after tying the knot in a whirlwind ceremony in South Carolina’s Palmetto Bluff, the newlyweds purchased their first home together: a 1930s Monterey Colonial in Beverly Hills for $8.5 million. This 6,132-square-foot brick residence, with five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, offered a stylish retreat amid their high-profile lives. Key features include a sunken family room, a wood-paneled library, a home theater, and an Art Deco–inspired wet bar and wine cellar wrapped in the bold Martinique banana leaf print wallpaper that’s famously found throughout the Beverly Hills Hotel. Outside, an infinity pool and cabana completed the private oasis.
By late 2020, amid the pandemic and shifting priorities, including the couple’s growing focus on family, Justin began signaling that the home was for sale, posting playful calls for offers on Instagram, saying he would even include the furniture. The property, next door to a home owned by Jeff Bezos, was formally listed in the fall of 2020 for $8.995 million and sold at a substantial loss in February 2021 for $7.955 million.
Beverly Park Mansion
Image Credit: Google Earth The Biebers’ primary residence is a $25.8 million estate in the Beverly Park enclave, one of Los Angeles’s most elite guard-gated communities. They purchased the 11,145-square-foot home in August 2020 after Justin’s release of his fifth studio album, Changes, in February of that year.
Originally built in the 1980s and extensively renovated by its former owner, a Dubai-based developer, the modernized mansion offers seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms across more than 2.5 acres of meticulously landscaped grounds. The home features a dramatic entry, expansive living spaces, a state-of-the-art kitchen, a formal dining room, and a home theater. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to the outdoors, blending indoor and outdoor living seamlessly.
The second-floor primary suite has a private sitting area, dual closets and baths, and a balcony overlooking lush garden views. The resort-style backyard is ideal for entertaining and relaxation, with multiple outdoor living and dining areas, a koi pond, a pizza oven, a swimming pool, and a tennis court where Bieber has added skateboard ramps.
La Quinta Estate
Image Credit: Google Earth In January 2023, shortly after the singer released his emotionally charged album, Justice, and as Hailey was solidifying her status as a top model and beauty entrepreneur, the couple expanded their real estate footprint with a deluxe desert estate, a $16.6 million home of around 10,000 square feet within the celebrity-packed Madison Club golf community in La Quinta, California.
Set on one of the community’s most coveted streets with stunning mountain views over manicured fairways, the residence sits right beside Kris Jenner’s sleek getaway, making it just two doors from Kylie Jenner’s custom compound and a few more doors down from the house Kim Kardashian is building. Other neighbors include Adele, Tim Cook, Phil Knight, and, as it turns out, his former manager Scooter Braun.
Built in 2009, the seven-bedroom, 10-bathroom residence underwent a major contemporary renovation by Beverly Hills investor Alon Abady, who bought it in 2019 for $6.3 million before flipping it to the Biebers for more than double the price. The one-acre spread now features a massive infinity pool stretching the width of the backyard, a sports court, AstroTurf lawns, a fire pit, a detached guesthouse, and a four-car garage.
Monthly HOA dues of $1,652 grant the Biebers and their guests access to the community’s slate of world-class amenities, including five-star dining, a spa, and a Tom Fazio-designed golf course.
