    NFL Star Nick Bosa’s South Florida Condo Is Up for Grabs at $1.75 Million

    After four years of ownership, Nick Bosa has decided to say goodbye to a South Florida condo in his hometown of Fort Lauderdale. The NFL star is asking a speck under $1.8 million for the townhouse-style residence, which comes complete with ocean views and access to a secluded beach. The listing is held by the player’s mother, Cheryl Bosa of Engel & Völkers.

    Acquired by the All-Pro defensive end for $1.24 million—shortly after he was chosen second overall in the 2019 draft by the San Francisco 49ers and subsequently inked a four-year, $33.6 million contract—the two-level unit lies on the fourth and fifth floors of the five-story 30 Thirty North Ocean luxury boutique residential building, which was completed in summer 2020 by Cavache Properties and designed by Adache Group Architects. Featured are three bedrooms and four baths in a little more than 2,000 square feet of modern living space displaying a mix of marble and wood floors, high ceilings, and walls of glass. All the furnishings are available for purchase at a negotiated price.

That means the 26-year-old Florida native is the highest-paid defensive player in NFL history, with an average annual salary of $34 million. He is rumored to be looking for a new home on the West Coast.

    Mandy Moore Is Asking $6 Million for a Chicly Revamped Midcentury in Pasadena

    Back in early 2017, after searching for the perfect family home for almost a year, Mandy Moore and her soon-to-be husband Taylor Goldsmith came across a midcentury-modern abode resting amid a Pasadena hilltop overlooking the Arroyo Seco. The couple—she a singer and actress probably best known for her role as the matriarch in This is Us, and he the frontman for folk-rock band Dawes—went on to dole out nearly $2.6 million for the 1950s residence and then enlisted a team of designers to give the place a full makeover. Now the chicly revamped digs have returned to the market, this time asking $6 million. The listing is held by Teresa Fuller and Jamie Bridgers of Compass.

    “We fell in love with the views, the pool, the yard, basically the whole energy of the place,” Moore told Architectural Digest in a 2018 article. Though the Harold B. Zook-designed structure had mostly good bones, she added, an unfortuate redo in the 1990s had concealed its clean modern lines and classic midcentury flavor. “We wanted to recapture the home’s original spirit without delving into a slavish period restoration,” she said. “We tried to imagine what Zook would have done if he were designing it today.”

    Working with the architect’s original drawings and a team that included contracting firm Bronstruction, architect Emily Farnham, interior designer Sarah Sherman Samuel, and landscapers from Terremoto, Moore oversaw a rebuild of the stepped cornice lining the roof that had been replaced with a “decidedly less elegant alternative.” She also restored and updated the original blonde brick walls, floors, and fireplace surround, along with a copper hood topping a fireplace that divides the living and dining areas.

Sliding glass doors spill out to the grounds, which span just over 1.4 acres and host a pool with a Baja shelf and spa, a fire pit, and a pergola-shaded dining and kitchen area.

    “It’s the end of an era,” Moore recently declared on her Instagram page. “Today, our home that we lovingly restored from the studs, is available for its next chapter and owner. It’s bittersweet as [Taylor] and I got engaged, married and brought home 2 babies here but I’m thrilled to see who she goes to next. It’s SUCH a special space.”

    Best-known for her role as Rebecca Pearson on NBC’s award-winning This is Us, the Emmy- and Golden Globe-nominated actress has also appeared in films such as A Walk to Remember, Because I Said So, and 47 Meters Down.     Broadway Legend Mary Martin Once Lived in This N.Y.C Penthouse. Now It Can Be Yours for $9.8 Million.

    The Broadway theater duo that was Richard Rogers and Oscar Hammerstein famously redefined musical theater with their first collaboration on Oklahoma! in 1943. Actress and muse Mary Martin starred in the award-winning pair’s final production, The Sound of Music, which debuted on Broadway in 1959 and landed the creative duo five Tony awards, not to mention a wildly popular film adaptation starring Julie Andrews.

    Back in 2008, a few years after Jeremy Renner and his business partner Kristoffer Winters bought and sold their first house in Los Angeles for around $240,000 over what they paid for the place just a few months before, the actor-turned-real estate developer doled out roughly $1.5 million for a Greek Revival-style estate in Hollywood Hills.     Nick and Vanessa Lachey Swap Hawaii Home for an All-New SoCal Showpiece

    Nick and Vanessa Lachey are officially relocating from Hawaii to California, trading in a snazzy Honolulu mansion for an equally ritzy place in Los Angeles. After only two years of ownership, the reality TV show hosts have listed their resort-style residence near Oahu’s Kahala Beach for $9.8 million and doled out $6.8 million for all-new modern farmhouse-style digs tucked away in a prime pocket of Encino.

    The married actors bought their Hawaiian home for $8.8 million soon after Vanessa was cast in the CBS show NCIS: Hawaiʻi  in 2021. “We thought we were going to do a Hawaii to L.A. ‘travel-on-the-weekend’ thing,’ ” Vanessa told Travel + Leisure in a 2022 article. “We sold our house and now we’ve got Hawaii license plates.” Their decision to sell up after such a short time no doubt has to do with the police procedural getting canceled in April after three seasons.

    As for their newly acquired stateside home, it was built in 2023 on a secluded cul-de-sac parcel spanning nearly half an acre.     Sylvester Stallone’s Former Upstate New York Home Can Be Yours for $4.3 Million

    Sylvester Stallone and, later, Vogue food columnist and cookbook author Barbara Kafka once called this sun-filled modernist house in upstate New York home, and now it can be yours for $4.3 million. Located at 40 High Ridge Road in Garrison, New York, and built in 1969, the flat-roofed home was recently gut-renovated by the Brooklyn-based design firm Madderlake.

    The “Rocky” star owned the river-view residence in the late 1980s, and Kafka picked it up in 1999 and lived there until 2015. The current owner is Shea Spencer, founder of the management agency Artist Commissions; she rents out the property for photoshoots with major brands, including Marc Jacobs and Bergdorf Goodman, among others. And it’s easy to see why.

    The 7,000-square-foot home is perched on a grassy hill with stunning 180-degree views of the Hudson River and the undulating landscape of the Hudson Valley. Though it’s more than five decades old, there’s little indication of the home’s original design: the four-bedroom and three-and-a-half-bath home has been remade into a minimalist haven with pared-back details, neutral colors, and natural materials that let the magnificent views take center stage. Every room is lined with oversized windows or sliding glass doors that flood the home with natural light and directly connect you with the lush surroundings.

    JLo and Ben Affleck Officially List L.A. Home for $68 Million

    They have yet to confirm that a divorce is in the offing, but after months of speculation, Hollywood klieg lights Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are officially calling it quits on their hotel-sized mansion in Beverly Hills, hoisting the 38,000-square-foot behemoth on the open market with a price tag of $68 million. That’s more than 10-percent above the $60.85 million they paid for the hilltop estate only a year ago.

    The five-acre spread, with all the latest and greatest in privacy and security measures, underwent a quick but thorough renovation over the last handful of months, according to listings held by Santiago Arana of The Agency. In addition to the grandiosely proportioned yet comfortably appointed main house, marketing material indicates the property has a 5,000-square-foot penthouse for guests, a caretaker’s residence, a two-bedroom guardhouse, and garage space for a dozen cars, with the vast motor court and wide, sinuous driveway able to accommodate up to 80 more vehicles.

    Beyond the capacious, skylight-topped entrance gallery are ample living and dining rooms for more formal occasions; a sleek kitchen with two huge islands and taupe-colored laminate cabinetry; a cozy fireside breakfast room; and a family room with a wet bar and a disappearing wall of glass that connects the room to a large loggia.

    There are a total of 12 bedrooms and 24 bathrooms across the property, including a sprawling primary suite that should have been more than spacious enough to accommodate the egos of two of Hollywood’s biggest stars. But alas. There are fireplaces in the sitting area of the bedroom as well as in the separate sitting room and in at least one of the two bathrooms. A private loggia offers sweeping mountain views, and a blush-toned glam room includes an integrated hair-washing bowl, a couple of make-up stations, and plenty of plush furniture for stylists, assistants and others to relax while the lady of the house gets ready for the red carpet.

    A two-story detached building houses an indoor sports complex, which means never having to sweat or change clothes with the hoi polloi of Beverly Hills. In addition to a fully equipped gym, there’s a combination basketball and pickleball court, a ping-pong table, a boxing room, a sports lounge with several arcade games, and, for when you’ve had all the aerobic exercise you can handle, a bar area. Listings also show there’s a recording studio.

    The manicured grounds include two gated driveways lined with perfectly clipped hedges that come together at the front of the house. At the rear, covered patios include a summer kitchen. But the star of the show here is the massive, boomerang-shaped zero-edge pool that feels like it’s floating above the rugged canyon floor below.

    It’s been a tough year for Lopez and Affleck. Married two years ago this month, the self-financed album and film that JLo put out chronicling their relationship were both big flops, and she was forced to cancel a world tour due to lagging ticket sales. The couple are reportedly already living separately, with Ben holed up in a $100,000 per month rental in the Brentwood area—it’s just around the corner from his ex-wife, Jennifer Garner, and their teenaged children—and Lopez bebopping between L.A., Italy, Paris, and the Hamptons.

    Affleck sold his former home in L.A.’s Pacific Palisades area almost two years ago, and his holdings still include a secluded riverfront country estate in Georgia that he picked up in 2003, back when he and Lopez coupled up the first time around, and where the erstwhile couple held a lavish wedding celebration in 2022. He will likely be on the lookout for some new digs in L.A. As for Lopez, she sold a nearly 8-acre Bel Air estate last year for almost $34 million, and her duplex penthouse in New York’s NoMad neighborhood is currently in contract to be sold with a final asking price of just under $25 million.
