About four years before Lizzy Caplan married English stage and screen actor Tom Riley (and not too long after she split up with late actor Matthew Perry), the veteran film and television actress plunked down a tad more than $1.8 million for a circa 1961 modernist home in Los Angeles that nearly a dozen years later has popped up for sale with a $2.85 million price tag. Alternatively, the 2,100-square-foot, three-bedroom, two-bath Hollywood Hills home, on a quiet street above Bronson Canyon in the Los Feliz Oaks neighborhood, is also available for rent at $15,000 per month, down from the original ask of $17,500 per month.
