Those with daydreams of shacking up on the Park Avenue of Miami Beach, aka North Bay Road, have a retired MLB star to thank for an ultra-modern mansion on the same tree-lined street where A-listers like the Beckhams, Cindy Crawford, and Shakira also reside.
Going for $75 million, the lavish spec-built house by Valle Valle & Partners was brought to market by former L.A. Dodger turned real estate developer Alex Guerrero. Seven bedrooms and eight baths are spread across the palatial dwelling set atop nearly half an acre with 110 linear feet on Biscayne Bay and 10,250 square feet of living space. Guerrero bought the land in 2023 for $13.6 million in 2023. Lourdes Alatriste of Douglas Elliman holds the Millionaire’s Row listing.
The living room sits between a bar and two-sided fireplace with Biscayne Bay views.
The project remains unfinished with the “intention of finding a buyer eager to customize it,” the New York Post reports. It is expected to be completed sometime in 2026. That shouldn’t mean looky-loos and potential buyers don’t have much to look forward to now, however. Renderings by Redvertex speak to the home’s one-of-a-kind design, starting from its front yard. Slatted wood and stone materials create a striking contrast here, where a sensor-activated waterfall pops ahead of the driveway.

Once inside, the great room, beneath a double-height ceiling with skylights, has unobstructed Biscayne Bay vistas. The lounge area is sandwiched between a backlit bar and a dual-sided fireplace shared with the dining room. In all, there are three kitchens, including one for catering staff and another outside. The primary suite provides homeowners with 1,500 square feet of private space that includes access to a tranquil garden, plus a cold plunge and a balcony with sweeping views of the Bay.

Car collectors will appreciate that three coveted rides can be parked in an air-conditioned garage, while another 15 can be displayed around a subterranean motor court, where a sculptural staircase doubles as art. An infinity-edge pool and hot tub are other key amenities part of the home with massive wood-trimmed glass doors that open out to lush landscaping by Vincent Filigenzi.
Beyond the pool, the dock will accommodate a boat up to 90 feet, and you won’t see it from inside, but the property is equipped with an 8.01 NGVD seawall that protects the land from erosion and flooding for easier breathing during hurricane season.
