Mark Wahlberg’s Former L.A. Mansion Is Back on the Market for $21.8 Million

You might not have been fortunate enough to snag Mark Wahlberg’s chateau-style megamansion in the ultra-exclusive Beverly Park enclave of Los Angeles that was just up for grabs. It went to Paris Hilton for a whopping $63 million. Now’s your chance, however, to scoop up another Beverly Hills home the Oscar-nominated actor also once owned, this one requiring a substantially smaller outlay of cash.

Wahlberg acquired the property in the posh Oak Pass Road enclave in 2001 for $5 million, added his own custom touches and upgrades, and sold the place 12 years later for nearly $10.3 million. He’s since left L.A., relocating to Las Vegas in 2022. The estate is currently owned by real estate developer Don Rufus Hankey, the son of auto-loan billionaire Don Hankey, who picked it up in April 2018 for $12.4 million and first tried to sell it in 2022 for $28.5 million.

Now the Mediterranean-style digs are available again for a smidge under $22 million, with the listing shared by Weston Littlefield, Aaron Kirman, Daniel Milstein, and Gregory Ramano of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California.
