Sara Gilbert Puts Her Modern L.A. Farmhouse Back on the Market for $10 Million

Now that she’s wrapped up her seven-season run on The Conners, Sara Gilbert is doubling down on her efforts to sell the modern farmhouse-style spread in L.A.’s historic Hancock Park neighborhood she’s owned for nearly a decade. After first putting the property on the market a little more than a month ago at $11 million with no takers, the place has resurfaced with a substantially reduced $10 million ask. The actress/producer acquired the home in 2016 for $6.8 million when she was still married to songwriter Linda Perry.
