After almost six years of ownership, which included a couple of brief stints on the rental market, Nick Zano has decided to part ways with his home tucked deep into the unincorporated Monte Nido wilderness between Malibu and Calabasas. The veteran actor—probably best known for his role as Vince in the sitcom What I Like About You—is asking a smidge under $3.3 million for the secluded spread, which he and his long-term fellow acting partner Leah Renee originally acquired for nearly $1.6 million back in summer 2018.

Zano went on to portray lovable historian-turned-superhero Nate Heywood (“Steel”) on Legends of Tomorrow, and most recently, Chad McKnight on Obliterated; and he’s also appeared in Happy Endings, Two Broke Girls, and The Final Destination.
