The listing is held by Billy Rose and Natasha Sizlo of The Agency.
Originally built in the late 1970s and owned for seven years before Mahoney’s tenure by the ex-couple—though they hoisted the place up for sale in 2018 shortly after splitting, only for it to languish on the market the next two years—the premises were recently remodeled by Newfield Design and include four bedrooms and an equal number of baths in roughly 5,000 square feet of living space.
