Hidden away on a cul-de-sac and boasting stylish pecan hardwood floors throughout, the five-bedroom property offers up a living room adorned with a marble fireplace and a large bay window, as well as an updated kitchen outfitted with top-tier Thermador and Sub-Zero appliances. An upstairs family room sits alongside a luxe primary suite, while the woodsy grounds host meandering pathways leading to terraced decks. Last year, Farrar also doled out $2.3 million for a revamped 1930s ranch-style residence in Toluca Lake.
