Shannen Doherty’s longtime home nestled within the exclusive Winding Way enclave above Malibu’s Pacific Coast Highway has just hit the market for $19.5 million. The Beverly Hills, 90210 and Charmed star died last year at age 53 after a lengthy battle with breast cancer, and proceeds from the sale will go to her estate.
Doherty paid nearly $2.6 million back in 2004 for the contemporary spread, which includes a main home and a separate studio offering a combined total of four bedrooms and five baths in roughly 5,300 square feet.

Originally built in the 1970s and fully transformed by the actress with an eye toward beautiful and inviting spaces for entertaining, the hedged and gated residence sits amid a one-acre parcel with sweeping coastline views. Doherty fell in love with the property the first time she laid eyes on it, per her close friend and real estate agent Chris Cortazzo of Compass, who holds the listing.
“It was everything she wanted: a private compound with ocean views, a flat piece of land, a lush hedge for seclusion, and a stunning open floor plan,” he said in a statement. “Shannen cherished a close-knit circle of loved ones, and this home became a sanctuary for her friends and family.”
The grounds hold multiple vignettes for gathering and relaxing.

The interiors of the primary dwelling are adorned throughout with wide-plank oak floors, high wood-beam ceilings, and vintage fixtures.
