Born-and-raised New Yorker Bethenny Frankel didn’t just ride the wave of reality TV fame—she built an empire on top of it. The sharp-tongued, self-made millionaire became the breakout star of The Real Housewives of New York City and its spin-off, Bethenny Ever After, by saying what everyone else wouldn’t. She used the momentum to launch a lucrative lifestyle brand, write bestsellers, host talk shows and podcasts, and grow a philanthropic arm that delivers real-time disaster relief through BStrong. She is also the founder and CEO of Skinnygirl, a brand that has become synonymous with her entrepreneurial savvy. Her shrewd dealmaking and nonstop hustle have reportedly pushed her net worth well into nine-figure territory. Love her or not, Bethenny is one of Bravo’s greatest success stories—and she knows it.

A mother to 15-year-old daughter Bryn, Frankel has spent the past decade-plus buying, renovating, and flipping buzzy properties across New York City, the Hamptons, Connecticut, and beyond. Most recently, she offloaded Applejack Farm, a historic 1743 Greenwich estate once owned by former Connecticut governor Lowell Weicker, for $7.8 million—more than $3.5 million above her purchase price in 2021. Her move south to Florida has put her among fellow Bravo personalities, including Real Housewives of Miami alum Nicole Martin, while former RHONY castmate Ramona Singer reportedly owns a nearby West Palm Beach condo.

Today, Frankel’s portfolio is split between New York and Florida. Here’s a closer look at the properties she currently owns, from her bayside Hamptons refuge to her Miami retreat and her newest base in Boca Raton.
