Clockwise Offices opening 25,000 sq ft flex space in Edinburgh’s Leith waterfront

Comm Quay 1

The 25,000 sq ft Clockwise Commercial Quay location will have a total of 60 office units. Pre-lets in the space have already been secured by restaurant app maker Orders Made Simple, sample library developer Spitfire Audio, and car rental platform Nuvven.

“Our waterside location, in an area full of renowned food and drink hotspots, and thriving community and arts scene, make Leith an obvious spot to invest in a flexible workspace where businesses can grow, relocate, or open a new city base,” said Clockwise Offices regional manager Lesley Anne Jeffrey.

Stephen Scurr, founder and chief executive of Orders Made Simple, added: “As a fast-growing tech business we needed a flexible space that could cater for our continued development, at the same time as being a fun and dynamic environment for our team.

“This is what Clockwise is delivering in the heart of the area and we can’t wait to move into the space and get involved in what will no doubt be a great community.”

Leith is home to tech companies such as Skyscanner, FutureX and Seed Haus.
