    This $12.5 Million Arizona Mansion Is a Sports Lover’s Dream

    Located in the exclusive gated enclave DC Ranch/Silverleaf Development in Scottsdale, Arizona, this $12.5 million mansion—owned by former NHL player John Curry—takes the win for the most over-the-top amenities.     A ‘Seinfeld’ Producer Listed a Los Angeles Mansion for $17.8 Million

    Hollywood producer Andrew Scheinman—whose credits include Seinfeld, A Few Good Men (1992), and When Harry Met Sally (1989)—has put his newly transformed Los Angeles mansion on the market.  

    The boxy contemporary home on rustic Old Orchard Road is listed for a cool $17.8 million with David Kramer of Hilton & Hyland/Forbes Global Properties and Paul Czako of Gussman Czako Estates. According to property records, the writer-director originally purchased the pad back in 2018 for just shy of $4.5 million. Following the sale, the home was redesigned by the award-winning firm Rockefeller Kempel Architects. The comprehensive overhaul was completed just this year.

    The filmmaker’s Brentwood abode sits on under an acre of land above Lower Mandeville Canyon and comprises six bedrooms and a whopping nine bathrooms. Set behind gates, the hillside is dotted with 150 newly planted trees, while lush greenery surrounds the driveway, which has room for more than 15 cars. Among the spread’s standout features are a 28-foot limestone-walled entry, custom wide plank European oak flooring, red cedar paneling (both indoors and outside), and tons of glass.

    Zedd Spins His Amenity-Packed L.A. Mansion Back on the Market for $19 Million

    Now that he’s moved into a lavish Nordic-inspired mansion in Encino that he bought late last year for $18.4 million, Anton Zaslavski—better known to millions of electronic music fans as Zedd—has decided to offload his spare residence in the same San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Los Angeles for a speck under $19 million.

    The Russian-German DJ/record producer acquired the two-story, gated home in the posh Royal Oaks enclave from former A-list couple Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner for $15.2 million a little over two years ago, back in September 2021. He then added his own custom touches and upgrades to the white brick and wood-accented structure, which features six bedrooms and 12 baths in almost 15,000 square feet of Jae Omar-designed living space adorned with walls of glass offering seamless indoor/outdoor environs. Glitzy amenities include a “personal wellness retreat” boasting a gym, sauna and massage room, as well as a recording studio and vocal booth, just for starters.

    Among the other highlights: a double-height entrance gallery topped by a starburst chandelier and displaying a floating staircase, as well as a formal living room and an office space. A fireside family room connects to a sleekly designed eat-in kitchen outfitted with an eat-in island, top-tier appliances, a walk-in pantry and an accompanying breakfast nook, while a secondary prep kitchen leads to a formal dining room spotlighted by a glass-encased wine display.

    Amenities at the modern estate include an authentic British-style pub.

    The ‘Queen of Versailles’ Is Looking to Flip a Palatial NYC Condo for $19.5 Million

    Jackie and David Siegel, stars of the cult-favorite 2012 documentary The Queen of Versailles, are at it again. This time, the opulence-loving real estate power couple has returned to market a swanky New York City penthouse they bought together just last year.

    Now asking $19.5 million, the Siegels originally shelled out $8.7 million for the Tribeca duplex, as The New York Post first reported. The palatial pad spans 4,800 square feet and comprises three bedrooms, three bathrooms, two powder rooms, and a sprawling private terrace. The apartment is atop 49 Chambers Street, an iconic Beaux Arts building that was built in 1912 by architect Raymond F. Almirall and once served as the former home of the Emigrant Industrial Savings Bank.

    “49 Chambers is one of Downtown’s most recognizable landmarks,” Douglas Elliman agent Kirsten Jordan, who’s representing the property along with colleague Lindsay Coleman, tells Robb Report via email. “The facade is so intricate, and then inside you have this iconic contemporary penthouse with sleek interiors and massive living spaces.”

    The home itself has an open floor plan, and Jackie told The Post that they often use the apartment for entertaining. The couple even hosted the cast of the Queen of Versailles Broadway musical starring Kristin Chenoweth at the palatial pad and threw a party for the Victoria’s Voice Foundation, which they founded in 2015.

    The kitchen is equipped with SubZero, Gaggenau, Wolf, and Miele appliances.

    The chef’s kitchen is sleek, clean-lined affair that’s decked out with custom Cypress wood cabinets with the waterfall island, countertops, and backsplash all clad in marble. Elsewhere, the living room opens to an 850-square-foot landscaped terrace with a grill, sink, refrigerator, outdoor speakers, and tons of lush greenery.

    Back inside, the primary suite is equipped with custom walk-in closets and an ensuite bathroom that steals the show with double vanities, crowned mirrors, a freestanding soaking tub, and heated floors. “It’s a great apartment with endless square footage, amazing views on three sides, and a private terrace. A palace of a pied-a-terre,” adds Jordan.

    Currently, the Sigels are in the midst of finishing their main residence, a 90,000-square-foot behemoth in Orlando, Florida, that has been two decades in the making. Once completed, the Versailles-aspiring mega-mansion will include a 35-car garage, a 150-person dining room, a British-style pub, and a replica of the cabin of a private jet. After several setbacks, including being flooded during Hurricane Ian in 2022, Jackie told the newspaper she’s hoping construction on the mega-manse will finally be finished “around a year from now.” The process was recently featured in the HBOMax series Queen of Versailles Reigns Again.

    Nigel Lythgoe Is Buying and Selling L.A. Houses

    Nigel Lythoe is swapping homesteads in Los Angeles, having traded in a nearly new Toluca Lake mansion for more seasoned digs in Hollywood Hills that were previously owned through the years by actress Katey Sagal and music director Ricky Minor. 

    After barely a year of ownership, the 74-year-old British TV producer has listed his former abode and subsequently doled out $4.7 million in an off-market deal for the new place, originally offered at $4.9 million.

    The dual real estate transaction sale comes on the heels of Lythgoe’s decision to step down as a judge of the So You Think You Can Dance reality series he co-created in 2005, amid allegations of sexual assault. Through the years, he also has served as an executive producer of the British talent show Pop Idol, as well as American Idol.

    The TV producer’s newly acquired Hollywood Hills home was previously occupied by actress Katey Sagal.

    Built way back in the late 1930s, but since upgraded, Lythgoe’s newly acquired residence is tucked away behind walls and gates amid a secluded cul-de-sac nestled on an almost third-acre parcel, and offers jetliner views of the Hollywood Sign and Santa Monica mountains. Described as a “traditional country home” in the listing, the Tudor-style structure features four bedrooms and six baths spread across 5,700 square feet of living space boasting high wood-beam ceilings throughout.

    An entryway opens into a spacious courtyard bolstered by a bubbling fountain, with interior highlights including a duo of family rooms, as well as a “country-style” kitchen outfitted with a fireplace and an accompanying breakfast nook leading to an al fresco dining space.

    Elsewhere is an office, plus a master retreat with a fireside sitting area; and outdoors, the backyard is carved into a hillside, and hosts a sport court and meandering pathways, plus an infinity-edge pool and spa wrapped by a brick terrace. There’s also an attached two-car garage and additional parking for up to six vehicles, as well as a separate two-story guesthouse that has two bedrooms, two baths and its own kitchen.

    The listing was held by by Rita Benelian of Keller Williams Hollywood Hills, with Lythgoe represented by Kevin Krakower of Douglas Elliman.

    As for his other L.A. spot that’s currently on the market for a smidge under $5 million, Lythgoe purchased the modern farmhouse for $4.7 million in January 2023, shortly after it was newly designed and built by Arzuman Brothers.

    Sited in the unincorporated community of Toluca Lake, the gated grounds span less than a quarter-acre and boast a fountain-clad pool and spa, fireside patio, built-in barbecue and an outdoor shower, along with a two-car garage sporting an EV charger.

    Inside, five bedrooms and seven baths can be found in 5,300 square feet of open-concept living space on three levels spotlighted by multiple entertaining areas, including a fully finished basement that comes complete with a movie theater, lounge, gym and guest bedroom.

    Camille Grammer Quietly Unloads Her Oceanfront Malibu Retreat

    Seems as though Camille Grammer’s Malibu fortunes have dramatically improved. Several years after her other Malibu house burned down—a victim of California’s devastating Woolsey Fire—the former OG cast member of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, who still frequently pops upon the show, has sold a different Malibu house for $9.4 million. That’s significantly more than the $6.6 million she paid for the place about seven years ago.

    Unfortunately, since the deal closed off-market and the house was never publicly offered for sale, photos and details are scant. But dated rental listings and tax records paint a semi-complete picture of the quintessentially SoCal oceanfront residence, which Grammer quickly renovated following her purchase.

    Now partly clad in reclaimed wood planks that provide the three-story contemporary with a beachy, organic edge, the house is entered through a sunken courtyard garden and configured with three roomy bedrooms and three contemporary bathrooms in just over 1,600 square feet.

    Stretching the full width of the house, the combination living/dining room flows easily out through not-quite floor-to-ceiling glass sliders to a huge deck with ship-like ocean and sunset views. A peninsula snack bar divides the dining area from the essentially brand new and fairly utilitarian kitchen that sports Shaker-style cabinets painted a milky and demure white, stone countertops and commercial-grade stainless steel appliances.

    The top floor is devoted entirely to a spacious master suite that offers a fireplace topped by a flatscreen TV, a glass-walled reading nook, a small terrace with impressive coastline views and a marble-floored bathroom with a skylight topped shower. A small, adjoining bonus room could be utilized as a private office, a nursery or a yoga studio. As for the home’s two guest bedrooms, one of them opens to the entry courtyard and the other, on the partially subterranean lowest level, spills out to a partially covered dining and lounging deck with a hot tub, outdoor shower and direct access to the beach.

    Records reveal the spendy new owners of Grammer’s oceanfront getaway are married couple Robert and Jennifer Lopata, he an executive at property management firm LPBM and she the Beverly Hills-bred founder of an educational consultancy firm.
