      Ralph Lauren Opened Fashion Week at This $15.3 Million Equestrian Compound in the Hamptons

      Ralph Lauren could’ve gone just about anywhere to present his spring 2025 collection during New York Fashion Week, but the fashion designer opted for an enclave he knows well—the Hamptons. 

      Last week, Khalily Stables, a sprawling equestrian compound in Bridgehampton, served as the catwalk for Lauren’s latest designs, and now the 19-acre farm has been hoisted onto the market for a cool $15.25 million. Formerly known as Campbell Stables, the palatial property at 6 West Pond Drive was originally listed in 2017 for a whopping $40 million, nearly three times the amount of the current asking price. It was later snapped up in 2021 at a steeply discounted $14 million, The New York Post reported. 

      The grounds comprise 15 grass paddocks and two state-of-the-art barns with a total of 27 stalls.

      Behind its entrance gates and tree-lined drive, the stately spread encompasses two barns with a total of 27 horse stalls, 15 grass paddocks, two riding arenas, a pair of grand-prix grass riding fields, and one large indoor arena with a viewing area. The main barn features 18 stalls, while the smaller holds the other nine. Also included is a one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a fully equipped chef’s kitchen, in addition to a two-bedroom, one-bath home and on-site office for staff. 

      The comfortably appointed compound includes an office and residences for staff.

      “I’m proud to have helped bring together an iconic brand with a world-class equestrian stable for such an extraordinary event in the Hamptons,” Corcoran broker Rolanda Blue Doolan told The Post.  

      The Ralph Lauren show, which kicked off New York Fashion Week last Thursday, was a star-studded affair attended by some 250 celebrity guests. Everyone from Big Little Lies star Laura Dern to Naomi Watts, Usher, Jude Law, Coleman Domingo, and Anna Wintour was there while supermodels including Naomi Campbell and Christy Turlington-Burns rocked the runway clad in Lauren’s classic and quintessentially American designs.

      The 19-acre horse farm includes a couple of modest residences for caretakers and staff.

      The grounds, however, played a bigger role than just a backdrop for the presentation—which showcased looks from the Ralph Lauren Collection, Purple Label, and Polo Ralph Lauren. The verdant fields of Khalily Stables also set the stage for Lauren’s personal vintage car collection and even hosted an immersive pop-up satellite of the famous Polo Bar in Midtown Manhattan for the after-party. (Yes, Lauren, who owns a home in Montauk, went as far as to recreate the restaurant and even brought along the eatery’s maître d’ Nelly Moudime to handle the A-list guests with kid gloves.) 

      While scenes like this aren’t par for the course, the high-profile fashion extravaganza—and its bucolic venue—will surely go down in history.

      Bethenny Frankel’s Longtime Home in the Hamptons Is Hitting the Market for $6 Million

      Now that Bethenny Frankel has settled into a $5.4 million summer home on New York’s Shinnecock Bay—where she’s been seen toodling around town with her daughter Bryn in a vintage Bronco and is just steps away from easily indulging in her beloved pastime of paddleboarding via a private beach—The Real Housewives of New York City alum and Skinnygirl Cocktails mogul has no need for her other Hamptons residence. So, she’s decided to hoist her longtime digs in the hamlet of Bridgehampton on the market with Noble Black and Erica Grossman of Douglas Elliman, asking a smidge under $6 million.

      Records show Frankel paid $2 million for the Lumber Lane house overlooking a vast nature preserve back in 2013 and then doled out an additional $650,000 for a neighboring property with a small home. Per Behind the Hedges, this was one of the first major purchases she made on her own after she sold Skinnygirl to Fortune Brands’ Beam Global in 2011 for an estimated $100 million.

      The main house and a guest cottage are nestled amid beautifully landscaped gardens that adjoin 40 acres of open fields.

      The roughly 1.4-acre property is secluded behind gates and hedges and showcased by a shingle-clad main home boasting four bedrooms and three baths in roughly 2,500 square feet of two-level living space accented throughout with honey-hued hardwood floors and designer finishes. There’s also a detached one-car garage, plus a separate one-bedroom, one-bath guest cottage that spans about 600 square feet and has its own kitchen and living room.

      Extensively remodeled during Frankel’s tenure, the charming main house features a living room sporting a fireplace with a brick surround and access to a bluestone patio, as well as an upgraded kitchen outfitted with bespoke millwork, an eat-in island, top-tier Viking appliances, and an accompanying dining area. Just off the kitchen is a cozy sunroom, while an en-suite bedroom on the main floor is currently being used as a den.

      In addition to her Hamptons homes, the 53-year-old New York native also maintains a primary residence in Greenwich, Conn., along with pied-à-terres in Manhattan and South Florida. The avid real estate investor, who joined former Million Dollar Listing agent Fredrik Eklund in 2018 for the Bravo show Bethenny and Fredrik, also has bought and sold numerous homes in both Greenwich and the Hamptons, including a historic Bridgehampton home known as Morning Glory that went for nearly $2.3 million back in 2020.

      Ronnie Radke, frontman for the heavy metal group Falling in Reverse, has forked over a pricey $9 million for a striking modern barnhouse-style mansion in Hollywood Hills that was originally listed for a smidge under $11 million.

      Perched on a promontory high above the Sunset Strip, amid a parcel spanning over half an acre and accessible via a lengthy gated driveway that ascends nearly 30 feet above sea level, the striking wood and steel structure was designed and built this year by Max Nobel of Nobel L.A. Inside, four bedrooms and a matching number of baths are spread across two levels of open-concept living space accented with Pietra gray marble floors, high vaulted ceilings, and vast expanses of glass offering picturesque views encompassing Downtown L.A., the iconic Hollywood Sign, Griffith Observatory, and Pacific Ocean beyond.

      One of the ‘Buying Beverly Hills’ Stars Is Selling a TV Composer’s Home in L.A. for $6 Million

      Though the reality show Farrah Brittany starred in alongside Mauricio Umansky and her sisters was recently canceled after two seasons on Netflix, the Buying Beverly Hills star is still peddling properties for the family real estate business. In fact, the stepdaughter of Umansky and daughter of Kyle Richards—he the co-founder and CEO of The Agency brokerage firm the series followed, and she his estranged wife and a cast member of The Housewives of Beverly Hills—has just hoisted a particularly eye-catching residence in the Los Angeles neighborhood of Hollywood Hills up for sale, asking a smidge under $6 million.

      In another TV-related twist, the home is owned by Shuki Levy. And while he’s not exactly a household name, if you happen to be a connoisseur of animated cartoons from the 1980s and ’90s, you’ve likely come across his handiwork. There are the memorable theme songs he composed for 130-plus children’s shows, including Inspector Gadget and He-Man and Masters of the Universe, and his work as one-half of the producing team that created the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers franchise.

      Records indicate that Levy and his chef and food blogger wife Tori Avery doled out $1.45 million in spring 1994 for the property, which is nestled amid a gated cul-de-sac parcel spanning almost 1.6 acres and includes a Spanish-style main house, plus a wood-clad guest cabin—for a total of seven bedrooms and an equal number of baths in nearly 6,500 square feet overlooking sweeping city lights and mountain views.

      As for the multi-level primary residence, a double-height entry foyer displaying a curving floating staircase flows to a dedicated office space, as well as formal living and dining rooms separated by a double-sided fireplace.       An NFL Legend’s Custom Vacation Retreat in Montana Is Heading to Auction This Month

      Last year, Drew Brees partnered up with Animal Planet’s reality TV series Treehouse Masters to create a deluxe mountain getaway in northwest Montana, about 13 miles north of the small resort town of Whitefish. The former NFL quarterback had originally planned to build another home on the site before he decided otherwise and hoisted an already completed guesthouse up for sale at the start of the year with a nearly $8 million price tag.

      Since then, the price dipped to $7.5 million, and now, with the place remaining unsold, listing agent Sean Averill of PureWest Christie’s International Real Estate has opted to put the entire 20-acre spread in the exclusive gated Homestead community under the gavel via Concierge Auctions, with bids expected to start between $2 million and $4 million. Per the listing, “the offering includes multiple building sites, allowing the new owner to build and create their own dream estate.”

      The double A-frame ‘treehouse’ boasts an expansive deck warmed by a propane fire-pit.

      Originally conceived as a guesthouse to accompany a main residence that never came to fruition, the double A-frame, wood-sided structure is known as the On the Rocks Ranch Treehouse and elevated 15 feet above ground. Once inside, four bedrooms and two baths can be found in 1,700 square feet of living space boasting a mix of Douglas fir and whitewashed oak floors, natural hemlock paneling, high wood-beam ceilings, and walls of glass throughout.

      Highlights of the house, which comes fully furnished, include an entry door crafted from salvaged redwood culled from California water tanks, plus a double-height living room sporting a ceiling supported by cables and French doors opening to deck with a large propane fire pit and picturesque views of the Whitefish Mountains and Glacier National Park beyond. The dining area comes with a live-edge wood table and an eat-in kitchen is outfitted with concrete countertops, a decorative tile backsplash, a farmhouse sink, stainless appliances, and a wine fridge.

Rounding it all out is a lengthy roster of community amenities and activities, which include hiking and biking trails, equestrian facilities, a shooting and archery range, and access to two lakes where residents can fish, kayak, and paddle board. In the winter, there’s skiing at Whitefish Mountain Resort about 20 miles away.

      “This treehouse is a personal sanctuary where our family could escape to nature and enjoy the peace and freedom of the Montana wilderness while having access to all the amenities of the Homestead community at our fingertips when needed,” Brees said in a press statement. “We worked meticulously on every detail with Pete Nelson and Treehouse Masters to create a truly one-of-a-kind treehouse experience. This fulfilled a childhood dream. It’s a special place. ”

      Brees retired in 2021 after a 20-year career in the NFL, the last 15 spent with the New Orleans Saints, where he led the team to nine playoff appearances, seven division titles, and the Super Bowl XLIV championship, where he was named MVP. As first reported by the New York Post, the future Hall of Famer doesn’t plan to leave Montana completely, as he reportedly owns a ranch there.

      Private previews of the property are available upon request, with bidding for the no-reserve auction set to run online from Sept. 12-26 and then end live Sept. 27 in Hong Kong as part of Concierge Auctions global sales series. A $100,000 bidder deposit is required.

      Star Moves: Byron Allen Sheds His Aspen Getaway, While Nicolas Cage and Claire Danes Pick Up New Digs

      This week in celebrity real estate transactions, Byron Allen sold his fully furnished Rocky Mountain retreat, Nicolas Cage picked up an oceanfront home in Malibu, and word on the street is Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy have settled into a new townhouse in New York City.

      Barely three months after Byron Allen flipped a couple of multimillion-dollar homes in Beverly Hills up for sale at $40 million, the comedian-turned-media mogul has sold a modern mansion in the Colorado ski resort town of Aspen in a hush-hush off-market deal for $60 million, or a whopping $33 million more than the CEO of Entertainment Studios paid for the David Johnston-designed spread in 2020. Built in 2015 and resting on almost an acre of land just steps from the Roaring Fork River, the seven-bedroom house has roughly 9,000 square feet of remodeled living space overlooking the surrounding mountains. There’s also a Bulthaup kitchen and a heated pool. As first reported by The Wall Street Journal, Allen decided to sell because he wasn’t spending much time there. His personal property portfolio still contains numerous residences in premium locales such as New York, Maui, and Malibu.

      Meanwhile, on the West Coast, Oscar-winning actor Nicolas Cage recently plunked down $10.5 million for a beachside property nestled amid an exclusive gated thoroughfare in Malibu. Completed in the early 1990s, the four-bedroom, six-bath abode has nearly 4,000 square feet on four floors highlighted by a living room sporting a fireplace and a bar, a kitchen outfitted with Thermador appliances, and a fireside primary suite with a luxe bath. Sliding glass doors open the entire house to the Pacific, with other notable features including a two-car garage that has an elevator and an adjacent beach lot. Cage also owns a $2.85 million home in Las Vegas that he picked up in 2021.

      And in N.Y.C., Claire Danes and Hugh Dancy put their longtime townhouse in the West Village neighborhood of Manhattan up for sale last month at $9.75 million because they needed more space for their three children and frequent family guests. Saying they weren’t planning to go far and preferred to stay downtown, we hear through the property gossip grapevine they’ve already doled out $13 million for another townhouse near Gramercy Park, this one a 25-footer that was originally built back in the 1800s and has since been transformed into an “architectural masterpiece.” Spanning five levels and offering about 8,500 square feet, the swanky spread boasts a total of eight bedrooms and 10 baths, spacious living and dining areas, a sleek kitchen with a breakfast nook, a library, and recreation and media rooms.
