Christina Ricci Has Hung a $2.2 Million Price Tag on Her Former Los Angeles Home

Though she hasn’t lived there in a minute or two, Hollywood’s Christina Ricci has owned a home nestled into a lushly planted cul-de-sac in L.A.’s Woodland Hills area since 2018. She bought the property with her now-ex-husband, James Heedergen, for exactly $1.1 million. Ricci told SheKnows earlier this year that she wanted to sell the house because it was where she lived through and after an abusive marriage with Heedergen, so she does not have the best memories and associations with the home.

Late last year, in anticipation of selling it, Ricci, married in 2021 to hairstylist Mark Hampton, signed on to renovate the house with designer and TV personality Jeff Lewis. The process appeared on the most recent season of his Amazon Freevee series, Hollywood Houselift. Now, freshly gussied up in Lewis’ signature transitional traditional style, the suburban residence has been placed on the market with an asking price of $2.249 million.

The charcoal-grey two-story home, situated on about a quarter of an acre and measuring just over 2,700 square feet with four bedrooms and four bathrooms, is listed with Mercedes “MJ” Javid of The Agency, who, like Lewis, has deep roots in the Bravosphere: she was an OG cast member on “Shahs of Sunset,” which aired on the cable channel from 2012 to 2021.

The living room is anchored by a fireplace trimmed in marble and wood.

It’s a few steps up from the flaming red front door to the sedate and sunny formal living room, where a massive fireplace is trimmed in marble and wood. Wide-plank wood floors, art- and decorator-friendly white walls and a plethora of recessed lights continue into the great room that runs along the back of the house, overlooking the backyard and swimming pool.

At one end of the window-lined space, a family room/media lounge is enlivened by grey and gold wallpaper; skylights add light to the central dining space; and the open kitchen is fitted with designer appliances, trendy brass fixtures and boldly veined stone-like counters. A raised fireplace adds homey charm to the great room, and multiple doors to the backyard facilitate an easy back and forth between indoor and outdoor living and entertaining spaces.

The open-plan kitchen employs trendy brass fixtures and stone-like counters.

There are three bedrooms and bathrooms on the main floor, while the primary suite privately occupies the upper floor. A Juliet balcony in the bedroom overlooks the swimming pool, and the bathroom is emblazoned with high-contrast black-and-white floral wallpaper and includes a glassed-in shower, freestanding soaking tub and parquet-de-Versailles-patterned marble tile flooring.

Charcoal flag stone terracing surrounds the classic kidney-shaped swimming pool that sits in a sunny clearing surrounded by dense foliage that provides a total sense of privacy and seclusion. There’s a small putting green and pathways that meander through the lush hillside that rises beyond the pool.

Ricci has bounced between New York and Los Angeles for decades and has owned a handful of homes in both cities; a townhouse in Brooklyn was sold about a year ago for just under $2 million, as was a vintage hillside home in a celeb-favored pocket of Los Feliz that she sold 20 years ago to fellow actress Sarah Chalke for $1.3 million.

Estée Lauder’s Former Vacation Home in Cannes Just Listed for $8.7 Million

Two decades after Estée Lauder’s death, the late cosmetic mogul’s “favorite vacation home” in Cannes is up for grabs. The French Riviera is, of course, synonymous with the perfume industry, and, interestingly, Lauder’s former summer home is where the savvy American businesswoman created some of her famous fragrances.

On the market with Hamptons for £6.7 million (or roughly $8.7 million), the stately villa is nestled on Avenue du Roi Albert in La Californie, an exclusive residential enclave in the city’s Alpes-Maritimes region. According to the listing, Estée and her late husband, Joseph, bought the palatial property together back in 1961. The self-made beauty magnate held onto the place until 2004, the same year she passed away at the age of 97.

There are views of the Mediterranean Sea from every level of the house.

The next owners purchased the sun-filled pad from the Lauder’s children shortly after and put the place through a thoughtful renovation. During the remodel, they stumbled upon some of Estée’s old documents, including a letter from Stanley Marcus, the founder of Neiman Marcus.

The villa dates back to 1926 and today comprises six bedrooms and six bathrooms in 4,305 square feet. Internally, you’ll find spacious living areas, a stunning primary suite, a marble and wood-clad kitchen, and a home office. There are sweeping Mediterranean Sea views from every level. Outside, the landscaped grounds are decked out with formal gardens, plus a covered patio and a heated swimming pool.

The grounds feature a heated swimming pool.

The leafy La Californie neighborhood has no shortage of high-end digs, with mansions ranging from $5 million to a whopping $35 million. Positioned on the “colline des milliardaires” or “billionaire’s hill,” the enclave is minutes from the historic city center and the area’s best beaches and luxury boutiques. Pablo Picasso famously lived here at his artist retreat, dubbed Villa La Californie, from 1955 to 1961. More recently, the neighborhood and the wider region have drawn a fair share of tech titans, private equity bigwigs and big pharma billionaires.

Estée co-founded her eponymous empire in 1946 with Joseph. The New York-based company is known for its portfolio of skincare products, makeup, and fragrances and now oversees brands like La Mer, Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, and Clinique. In 2022, Estée Lauder acquired the Tom Ford brand in a $2.8 billion deal. More recently, the company announced that it had finalized the purchase of Deciem Beauty, which owns The Ordinary.

Serena Williams’s Former L.A. Estate Can Be Yours for $13.5 Million

A little more than five years after Serena Williams finally managed to offload her longtime home in the Los Angeles enclave of Bel Air for almost $4 million off the original $12 million ask, the retired tennis superstar’s onetime estate has popped up for sale yet again, this time with a $13.5 million price tag. The listing is held by Louis DeLaura and Ernie Stone of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Famously owned by the 23-time Grand Slam singles winner for 13 years from 2006 to spring 2019, when the place traded hands for $8.1 million, records show the property in the Stone Canyon neighborhood was last sold to L.A.-based interior designer Rodrigo Vargas and his partner Frederick Storey for a speck under $8 million in late 2020.

A lengthy vine-covered colonnade leads from the front door to a motorcourt and three-car garage.

RELATED: A Tech Magnate Is Asking $12.5 Million for Kareem Abdul-Jabbar’s Former L.A. Home

Originally built in the 1930s but remodeled and expanded in the years since, the Colonial Mediterranean structure is tucked away on a fenced and gated double parcel spanning nearly 3 acres, just minutes from Hotel Bel-Air. Inside, six bedrooms and seven baths are filtered across a little more than 6,100 square feet of two-level living space that is adorned throughout with walls of glass spilling out to grounds laced with mature trees and water features.

Upon entering the double front doors via a lengthy vine-covered colonnade connected to a motorcourt and three-car garage, an entry foyer flows to a semi-circular living room boasting marble floors and built-in bookshelves. Other highlights include a wood-paneled study with a bar and a formal dining room topped by a snazzy chandelier, while the all-white kitchen is decked out with limestone countertops, high-end stainless appliances, and an accompanying breakfast nook lined with windows.

An inviting black-bottom pool is flanked by a sundeck and an open-air cabana.

Secluded upstairs is the elegant primary suite, which features a Juliet balcony, a walk-in closet, and a luxe bath equipped with dual vanities, a clawfoot soaking tub, and a steam shower. And though there’s surprisingly no tennis court outside, the private backyard does host a pool and spa surrounded by a flagstone terrace, as well as an open-air cabana warmed by a fireplace and a brick-clad terrace ideal for al fresco entertaining.

Williams, who married Reddit cofounder Alexis Ohanian in 2017, went on to buy a $6.7 million home in a gated Beverly Hills pocket and a sleek, 7,000-square-foot waterfront home in Jupiter, Fla., that was featured in Architectural Digest in 2021.

Rebel Wilson Lists in L.A., Sydney Sweeney Scoops Up Florida Estate, and More Celebrity Deals

    Published on June 14, 2024

Back in spring 2016, Rebel Wilson doled out nearly $3 million for a traditional Los Angeles home and went on to convert the garage into a workout space, fill a built-in wine display with awards, and decorate the living spaces with memorabilia from her films, including a skirt from Pitch Perfect.
Now the Aussie actress has decided to try her hand at selling the West Hollywood digs she’s used as an office and meeting spot for the past eight years, asking $4.15 million. The residence is being marketed by Million Dollar Listing star Tracy Tutor of Douglas Elliman.
Tucked away behind gates and high hedges on less than a quarter-acre parcel within the Fairfax District, the creamy wood-sided structure was built in 2015 and features a little more than 4,400 square feet over two levels adorned throughout with hardwood floors and high ceilings.
Especially standing out is a gourmet kitchen outfitted with a sink-equipped island, top-tier Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and an accompanying breakfast nook flanked by a built-in buffet sporting a wine fridge. An adjoining family room displays a coffered ceiling and fireplace, along with French doors spilling out to a covered terrace.

In addition to an office where she penned much of her autobiography “Rebel Rising,” five bedrooms include a primary suite with a fireplace, a private balcony, a mini-bar, and a walk-in closet. A luxe bath has dual vanities, a freestanding soaking tub, and a glass-encased shower; and outdoors, there’s a saltwater pool and spa in the fenced backyard and an attached two-car garage out front.

Per The Wall Street Journal, the 44-year-old actress is planning to downsize to a smaller or more conventional office space because she is spending more time at home with her 1-year-old daughter Royce and her fiancée, clothing-brand founder Ramona Agruma.
Wilson, who is currently writing, directing, and starring in the upcoming musical movie The Deb, maintains a primary residence in Hollywood Hills that she paid $2.2 million for in 2014. She also has homes in New York City, London, and Sydney, where she plans to put a spare penthouse up for auction later this month.

Sydney Sweeney Sails Into Coastal Florida Hideaway
Sydney Sweeney is all about the Florida Keys lifestyle. The Euphoria and Anyone But You star recently plunked down $13.5 million for a sprawling waterfront estate in Summerland Key, where she’s been spotted be-bopping around the crystalline waters on an inflatable banana and has reportedly purchased a cute-as-a-button $70,000 sky-blue Fiat Jolly so she can tool around town in style. The nearly 1.4-acre spread, known as Tarpon Ranch, is anchored by a 7,700-square-foot home that has six bedrooms and seven baths. The great room has a walnut bar, the kitchen’s countertops are embedded with nautilus shells, and there’s a huge room devoted to crafting. Ten-foot mahogany-trimmed glass doors open the entire house to the pool and water. Other notable features include a 520-bottle wine room, a 330-gallon aquarium, two boat lifts, an outdoor kitchen, and a heated and cooled saltwater pool with a competition-length swim lane.
Sweeney also has a $3 million Tudor-style home in the Westwood area of L.A. that she picked up in 2021, and last year, she plunked down $6.2 million—a quarter million above the asking price—for a tear-down residence in Brentwood.

‘Laguna Beach’ Alum Kristin Cavallari Seeks $8 Million Profit on Her Nashville Digs
Back in spring 2020, shortly after separating from her now-ex-husband—former NFL quarterback Jay Cutler—Kristin Cavallari doled out just over $3 million for a sprawling Nashville-area bachelorette pad. Now, a little over four years later, the reality TV star-turned-entrepreneur is hoisting the property back on the market, asking for a substantially higher $11 million. And though that’s a whopping $8 million more than she originally paid for the farmhouse-style spread, Cavallari did undertake an extensive interior renovation during her tenure. She also added a few personal touches, like a pool and spa, a greenhouse, a chicken coop, and beehives. As for the 2016-built structure, it’s tucked away on a woodsy 28-acre parcel in the affluent Franklin neighborhood pocket and has four bedrooms and five baths in nearly 6,800 square feet of chic, three-level living space.
There’s also a barn and a 3,000-square-foot guest cottage, plus glitzy amenities ranging from a game room to a wellness center equipped with a gym and a sauna. Other standout features include a living room with custom built-ins and a wood-burning fireplace and a sleekly designed kitchen outfitted with a mosaic tile backsplash, an eat-in island, top-notch appliances, and a breakfast nook, as well as a sumptuous primary suite flaunting a showroom-style closet with a floor-to-ceiling shoe wall.

Sean Hannity Quickly Finds Buyer for Long Island Estate
Barely a week after he put it up for grabs, Sean Hannity’s longtime residence in the Long Island enclave of Centre Island has already been sold fully furnished amid a bidding war to an apparent fan of the Fox News star. The all-cash, $13 million-plus deal was a big win for the conservative political commentator, who paid $8.5 million for the place 16 years ago, back in spring 2008. That’s a new record for the fastest home sale over $10 million in the area, per Shawn Elliott, who listed the property with his son Zachary Elliott, both of Nest Seekers International.
Nestled alongside Oyster Bay, which feeds into the Long Island Sound, the 6-acre waterfront estate features a New England-style home boasting seven en-suite bedrooms and nine baths in almost 11,000 square feet. There’s also a pool, a tennis court, a par-3 golf course, and a separate putting green on the premises, as well as access to 500 feet of shoreline and an 81-foot private dock. Other amenities include a living room with French doors spilling out to a covered terrace warmed by a firepit, a snazzy blue-hued wet bar, and a fireside primary suite boasting a balcony, two walk-in closets, and a spa-inspired bath with dual vanities, a built-in soaking tub, and a glass-encased steam shower.
According to Adweek, a fully equipped studio can be found elsewhere within the house. Hannity, 62, recently announced he had made a permanent move from New York to the “free state of Florida.” He is already broadcasting the network’s Hannity program and The Sean Hannity Show on iHeartRadio from studios in the Sunshine State’s affluent Palm Beach community, where he owns a $5.3 million oceanfront townhouse.

Richard Pryor’s Former L.A. Estate Sells
After first hitting the open market three months ago with a $4.2 million price tag, Rashard Mendenhall has officially offloaded his home in the Sherwood Forest community of Northridge for $3.6 million—or $1.1 million more than the former NFL player-turned-Hollywood writer originally paid. The one-time Pittsburgh Steelers running back bought the 2.2-acre estate for $2.5 million in spring 2017. Before that, the property was owned from the mid-1970s to ’89 by comedian Richard Pryor, who notoriously “set himself on fire” there while freebasing cocaine. Sold for $940,000 and subsequently destroyed by the Northridge earthquake, the home has since been rebuilt into a hacienda-style estate featuring 9,000 square feet spread across several structures.
In addition to a four-bedroom, four-bath main house spotlighted by amenities like game and billiard rooms, there’s also a guesthouse, a pool house, a dance studio/gym, an office, a children’s playhouse, a three-car garage, and a kennel. Rounding it all out: resort-like grounds boasting a waterfall-fed pool and spa, a barbecue pavilion, a tennis court, a putting green, a citrus grove, a vegetable garden, and parking space for over 25 vehicles. The legal horse property, known as Hacienda de los Suenos, was listed by Neil McDermott and Beate Kessler of Hilton & Hyland. More

Hilary Swank’s Manhattan Condo Lands on the Market for $6.6 Million

Dining hotspots like Le B. and Sant Ambroeus line the cobblestone streets of New York’s West Village, but the historic district is also home to a fashionable crowd of Hollywood A-listers, including the likes of two-time Oscar-winner Hilary Swank. However, it looks like the neighborhood will soon have one less Oscar-winning resident because the Colorado-based Freedom Writers star just placed her Big Apple pied-à-terre up for grabs for $6.6 million. Swank purchased the condo in 2009 for about $3.65 million, according to records, and initially tried to sell in 2022 and 2023 for $7.25 million.

Esteemed architect Robert A.M. Stern is behind the 2009-built Superior Ink condominium development that houses the unit. Set on the 16th floor with unobstructed views of New York City landmarks like the Empire State Building and the Hudson River, the sophisticated residence measures in at 1,441 square feet with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Chris Kann and Jennifer Ireland of The Corcoran Group hold the listing.

Reclaimed wood planks add rustic charm to the sleek, open-plan living space.

    Guillaume Gaudet

The condo’s intimate layout features floor-to-ceiling windows and a Juliet balcony overlooking the surrounding rooftops. Details like chevron flooring, reclaimed wood accent walls, and arched window frames come into focus from the main living area. Modern appliances like a gas-range stovetop and stainless-steel oven are featured in the custom-outfitted kitchen, alongside a large island.

The primary bedroom isn’t particularly large but offers plush silk carpeting and breathtaking views of the West Village and beyond, too. The size is made up for with a dressing area, walk-in closet, and spa bath that includes a waterfall shower encased in glass and a soaking tub. The secondary bedroom, set across from a laundry closet, offers guests and family access to their own bath as well. The moody space, dressed in black and outfitted as a home office and study, features built-in floating shelves, modern light fixtures, and, like every other room, a stunning city view.

The primary bedroom has a dreamy view of the Empire State Building.

    Guillaume Gaudet

Swank’s condo is the highest two-bedroom unit in the building before the penthouse, and its new owner will gain access to the 17-story tower’s gym, yoga and Pilates studio, party room with kitchen, screening room, and bike storage room. A full-time doorman and concierge service, as well as an on-site garage with valet parking, add to the allure.

Florence Nightingale’s Childhood Home Just Listed for $4.8 Million

Florence Nightingale famously wrote, “It breaks my heart to leave Lea Hurst.” Now, the same country estate in the U.K. where the nurse and statistician grew up is looking for its next owner.

Lea Hurst, a Grade II-listed home in Derbyshire, has hit the market for £3.75 million (or roughly $4.8 million) with England’s Blue Book Agency. According to the listing, Nightingale’s wealthy father, William Nightingale (née Shore), inherited the historic property from his great-uncle in 1815. At the time, the property had a 17th-century farmhouse, which was transformed into the grandiose Elizabethan-style dwelling seen today.

When the Nightingales relocated to Embley Park in Hampshire in 1825, they kept Lea Hurst as a summer house, and the estate remained in the family until 1946. Beginning in the mid-1950s, the estate served as a residence for retired nurses and later operated as a nursing home under the Royal Surgical Society until 2004. Nightingale, who died in 1910 at the age of 90, is best remembered for founding the world’s first professional nursing school in London.

The current owner, Peter Kay, snagged the property in 2011 and spent the next three years restoring the place to its former glory, including recreating the original Victorian gardens. The Kay family has even gathered historic letters written by Nightingale, along with old photographs, drawings, and furniture connected to the house and the Nightingale clan.

“It has been a great pleasure and privilege to have owned the Lea Hurst estate, in Derbyshire’s beautiful Peak District, for the past 13 years,” Kay said in a statement. “We were drawn to Lea Hurst by its grand early Victorian gothic architectural styling and its stunning position overlooking the Derwent Valley. But it was the fact that this house was once the beloved home of one of our most important historical figures, Florence Nightingale, that made this an irresistible purchase for me.”

The formal dining room features a stone fireplace and original wood floors.

    Blue Book Agency

The 13-bed abode sits on over 19 picturesque acres, with Derwent Valley on one side and mature parkland on the other. The home itself is entered via a gothic arched front door, which opens up to a grand reception hall decked out with high ceilings and flagstone flooring. Some of the standout spaces include a formal drawing room with original wooden floorboards, a wood-burning carved chimney, antique mirrored glass, and lots of bookshelves. The ground floor also holds a formal dining room, a butler’s pantry with built-in glazed cabinets, and a library where Nightingale was formerly homeschooled by her father.

The home has 13 total bedrooms.

Elsewhere, you’ll find a revamped chef’s kitchen with limestone flooring, a large island, granite counters, and a breakfast area. From here, you can access an outdoor dining terrace or scope out the game room, which has been kitted out with a billiards table. The upstairs holds all the bedrooms, including the primary, which features an original stone fireplace, an adjoining dressing room, and an ensuite bath. Interestingly, the double bedroom was personally used by Nightingale when she returned from caring for the British soldiers during the Crimean War.

“The most satisfying thing for us has been turning the house back into a family home for the first time since Florence and her sister Parthenope were running around here in the 1820s,” added Kay. “Our youngest two children were born in the house. It has been a wonderful place for our children to grow up in.”

A Ritzy South Florida Penthouse Sells to Local Philanthropists for $17.3 Million

It’s not Billionaire Bunker, but it’s still pretty spiffy! After seeking a pied-à-terre in South Florida to replace their $87 million Indian Creek mansion that just went to Jeff Bezos, retired banker Javier Holtz and his wife Andria have settled on a swanky Piero Lissoni-designed penthouse at The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Miami Beach.

The couple’s 10,000-square-foot, seven-bedroom, seven-bath spread sold to Bezos as part of an off-market deal in late May, adding to two other waterfront estates the billionaire Amazon founder recently picked up on the exclusive man-made barrier island known as Billionaire Bunker for a total of roughly $234 million. In turn, the Holtzes doled out $17.3 million for a fully furnished residence, which spans the top floor of the building, an eight-story luxury condo and villa development currently occupied by Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber, MLB Hall of Famer Mike Piazza, and American Eagle CEO Jay Schottenstein.

As first reported by The Real Deal, the seller was an LLC tied to James and Amy Dieterich of White Plains, N.Y. Originally listed for nearly $20 million in December 2023, the ritzy pad went to the wealthy philanthropists at an impressive discount; though it’s still around $2 million more than the Dieteriches paid for the place over three years ago, back in early 2021.

A formal dining room sits next to a floor-to-ceiling wine cabinet.

    Iglesias Photography

Once they make themselves at home in their new four-bedroom, five-bath digs, the Holtzes will enjoy almost 6,000 square feet of living space boasting sleekly designed interiors complemented by blonde hardwood floors and high ceilings, plus floor-to-ceiling walls of glass and a wraparound balcony providing sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Biscayne Bay. Glitzy amenities include an office, a custom wine cabinet, a built-in barbecue station, and a pool and spa flanked by a street art mural, along with access to a climate-controlled garage and a 40-foot boat slip.

Among the other highlights: a slatted-wall entry foyer adorned with a pedestal displaying a colorful sculpture. There’s also a glass-lined great room hosting a formal seating area that connects to an entertainment space on the other side via a bespoke TV console, a spacious dining room, a family room, and an eat-in kitchen outfitted with an island and top-tier appliances. An opulent master retreat comes complete with a walk-in closet, a luxe bath sporting an enclosed wet room holding a soaking tub and a rainfall shower, and a separate lounging space leading out to a private patio with a hot tub.

The primary bedroom’s separate lounge area opens to a private patio with a hot tub.

    Iglesias Photography

Topping it all off are plenty of building amenities, courtesy of a hefty $12,753 monthly HOA charge, which include a concierge, a roof deck hosting a pool and cabanas, a meditation garden, a spa and fitness center, and a private marina.

Cuban-born Holtz is the retired chairman and CEO of Marquis Bank, which was sold to Professional Bank in 2020. Also a son of the late Abel Holtz, a Miami civic leader and multimillionaire founder of Capital Bank, and his widow Fana, Javier and his wife Andria are widely known for their support of local institutions like the Jackson Health System, where a children’s hospital is named for his father.

The Penthouse 1 listing was held by Grace Dieterich of Coldwell Banker, with Andrew Holtz and Nancy Batchelor of Compass representing the buyers.

Meghan Trainor’s Spare L.A. Home Hits the Market for $12 Million

Now that Meghan Trainor has purchased DJ Zedd’s rockstar-worthy mansion in the Los Angeles enclave of Encino for just over $17.1 million, the Grammy-winning singer/songwriter’s other San Fernando Valley home has unsurprisingly popped up for sale, listed with Justin P. Huchel of Carolwood Estates.

Trainor, known for smash pop music hits like Lips Are Moving and All About That Bass, is asking nearly $12 million for the glitzy digs, which she and her husband, Spy Kids actor Daryl Sabara, paid rapper TMG Fresh $6.6 million for around three-and-a-half years ago, back in late 2020.

Originally built in 1998 but fully renovated from top to bottom during Trainor’s tenure, the white stucco structure is sequestered behind tall gates and hedges and features six bedrooms and eight baths in a little more than 14,100 square feet of multi-level living space. Also on the premises is a two-story detached guesthouse, which sports a gym on the bottom floor, plus a bedroom, a bath, a kitchen, and a living room up top.

Among the main-level highlights is an entry foyer boasting a double staircase, which flows to a pair of formal living rooms. A fireside family room connects to a gourmet kitchen, which is outfitted with a duo of islands, top-tier stainless appliances, and an accompanying dining area that has sliding glass doors spilling out to the backyard; elsewhere is an office space and a guest bedroom with its own bath.

RELATED: Gwyneth Paltrow Lists in L.A., Milla Jovovich Snags an NBA Star’s House, and More Celebrity Deals

The amenities continue upstairs, where five additional en-suite bedrooms include a sumptuous master retreat flaunting custom glass doors opening to a separate fireside lounge area with access to a private patio, along with two walk-in closets, and a luxe bath spotlighted by dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a marble-clad shower. A lower-level recording studio with its own entrance is also decked out with a kitchenette and a bath, while a top-floor bonus space is currently being used as a playroom.

As for the park-like grounds, they span just over an acre and host a new swimming pool with a spa, a waterslide, and a waterfall, as well as a firepit, an al fresco dining area, a sports court, a mini-putting green, and an elaborate children’s play space. Also on the premises are an expansive motorcourt and a carport that can accommodate up to 10 vehicles.

In addition to the just-purchased and for-sale homes in Encino, the couple recently splashed out $3.1 million for a newly built modern farmhouse-style home also in the area. More
