Tim Hardaway Jr.’s Former Miami Mega-Mansion Hits the Market for $9.1 Million

South Florida has always been a sunny haven for professional athletes, and at one time, Dallas Mavericks star Tim Hardaway Jr. called Miami Beach home. Now the shooting guard’s former mansion is up for grabs.

Listed for a cool $9.1 million, the custom-built estate is located in the guard-gated Normandy Isle neighborhood. Spanning a whopping 5,400 square feet, the South Shore Drive residence has five bedrooms, five and a half baths, and an impressive 60 feet of water frontage. The digs are a boating lover’s delight with a dock and lift directly in the backyard. Plus, petrolheads can park their prized autos in the two-car garage out front.

The NBA player sold the palatial pad back in October 2021. At the time, he offloaded the mase to its new owners for $6.75 million. “They wanted something waterfront, but such inventory in Miami Beach is scarce, so we looked at Normandy Isles, an adjacent and well-established area,” Compass’s Ignacio Villanueva, who represented the sellers, told Mansion Global. “And they loved the modern look of the house, boasting high ceilings, lots of lights, and a roof deck with beautiful views.”

The South Florida residence was formerly owned by Dallas Mavericks star Tim Hardaway Jr.

Inside, the boxy retreat is decked out with design-forward details including oak millwork, tray ceilings, and glossy marble floors. The vibe is super sleek and contemporary—but it really is all about those views. Walls of windows on the first floor face the pool and patio, while upstairs, an expansive primary suite looks right out onto the water. The space is also equipped with an office, a huge walk-in closet, a marble bath, and its own private terrace. Elsewhere, the abode is kitted out with a movie theater, and the open kitchen sports swanky Dornbracht fixtures.

If you travel all the way up to the top, there’s a dramatic roof deck that’s perfect for alfresco entertaining. Here, you’ll find a dining area, a small outdoor kitchen with a grill, and perhaps best of all, a hot tub. We imagine this would be the ideal spot to soak up the sunset.

Bob Dylan’s Historic Scottish Mansion Just Hit the Market for $4 Million

It’s the end of the line for Bob Dylan and his long-time Scottish estate.

After recently putting his 16-bedroom mansion near Nethy Bridge up for sale, you could say the singer-songwriter’s heart is no longer in the Highlands. According to The Times, Dylan scooped up Aultmore House nearly two decades ago in 2006 alongside his brother. At the time, they paid £2.26 million for the spread. Now, the 82-year-old rocker has hoisted the Edwardian abode on the market for a cool £3 million (or roughly $3.9 million).

“They bought it as a base,” Knight Frank agent Tom Stewart-Moore told the Scottish Daily Express. “They’ve not been able to use it in recent years, and that’s the reason for the sale. Up until about pre-Covid times, Bob and his brother would normally go there for a few weeks a year.”

Bob Dylan’s home in the Scottish Highlands just listed for $3.9 million

    Knight Frank

Located within Cairngorm National Park, the property spans a whopping 24 acres surrounded by lush forests. The 18,357-square-foot main residence, which was originally built between 1911 and 1915, underwent a complete restoration in 2000. Since then, Dylan and his brother have continued to improve upon the pad including making updates to the heating and hot water systems. There are also three fully renovated cottages on-site.

Inside the main house, the Grade A–listed structure still sports a ton of period details. Think marble fireplaces in most of the reception rooms, intricate plasterwork on the ceilings and archways, along with timber flooring throughout. Past the entrance hall, you’ll find a billiard room, a drawing room, and a formal dining area. Also on the ground floor are two kitchens, an office, and a sitting room.

The renovated Aultmore House was originally built between 1911 and 1915

The country house certainly plays the part of a tranquil oasis from the outside, too. Take a stroll around the grounds of the stately manse and you’ll stumble upon two gazebos, a central fountain, a walled garden, and a picturesque pond. Of course, there are plenty of activities to go along with the striking views including a croquet lawn and paddocks. If you’re interested, come knocking on Dylan’s door.

Rolling Stones Guitarist Ronnie Wood’s Former London Manse Hits the Market for $26 Million

Gimme shelter? The London manse where Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood once lived is up for grabs.

The Gothic-style estate that used to belong to the British musician just hit the market and can now be yours for a cool £20 million (or about $25.5 million). Spanning a whopping 12,295 square feet, Wood scooped up the property back in 1997 alongside his now ex-wife, Jo, The Observer reported. Despite only posting up here for the better part of 10 years, the bassist left an imprint on the abode in more ways than one.

Today, the palatial pad still sports his personal recording studio. There are also a few of his sculptures strewn about the gardens, plus a portrait of bandmate Keith Richards hanging on the wine cellar wall. In its lifetime, the roughly two-acre spread has housed more than just rock royalty. In fact, the residence was originally constructed as a hunting lodge for Queen Victoria and Prince Albert.

The former home of Rolling Stones guitarist Ronnie Wood just listed for $25.5 million

    DDRE Global

Nestled behind a gated drive, the three-story stunner has 13 bedrooms and nine bathrooms. Inside, you’ll find tons of dark wood paneling, along with arched doorways, opulent chandeliers, ornate ceilings, and more medieval embellishments. Though, Wood’s former flame did make a couple of modernizations before she sold the digs in 2010, specifically to the primary suite, kitchen, and gym. Did we mention it’s also energy efficient?

The Gothic-style mansion has its own screening room

    DDRE Global

Some of the standout features include a swanky movie theater with a projector, a billiards room, and an adjacent 3,425-square-foot swimming pool annex. The glass-roofed complex is equipped with a jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room. Not that you’ll be looking for a reason to leave, but the dwelling itself is positioned right along the edge of Richmond Park. At 2,500 acres, you’ll essentially have the largest Royal Park in London as your backyard. Turns out, you can always get what you want.

James Cameron’s Massive Santa Barbara Ranch Just Hit the Market for $33 Million

It’s fitting that the director of Titanic would live on a massive piece of property. But that won’t be the case for too much longer.

James Cameron has listed his Santa Barbara mansion for a cool $33 million, The Wall Street Journal reported on Thursday. Sitting on 100 acres of land, the estate is located in the Hollister Ranch community, a private residential neighborhood that restricts development to leave room for local wildlife.

The main home is an 8,000-square-foot behemoth with five bedrooms, the listing agent Emily Kellenberger of Village Properties/Forbes Global Properties told the WSJ. (She shares the listing with Jeff Kruthers of Hollister Ranch Realty.) Inside, you’ll also find two offices, a gym, a game room, and a media room. Cameron and his wife spent a year remodeling the house, putting in quartzite floors and restoring the original wood.

    The kitchen

    Blake Bronstad

“The previous owner had had a lot of marble,” Cameron told the newspaper. “We brought it back down to something that felt connected to the land.” He added that an upstairs room with views of the ocean was used as his library and office, where he wrote parts of Avatar and its more recent sequel.

A 2,000-square-foot guesthouse sits elsewhere on the property, along with a tennis court and a lagoon-style pool surrounded by palm trees. Cameron used a 24,000-square-foot equestrian barn to store a helicopter and other vehicles, with a helicopter landing pad helpfully available as well.

Cameron and his wife are both big environmentalists, so the property plays into that aspect of their lives too. Organic gardens throughout the estate have allowed the couple to grow much of their own food, while solar and wind power supply up to 100 kilowatts, with enough storage to stay off the grid indefinitely. Plus, the property is water-autonomous, with wells for both agricultural water and drinking water.

    The primary bedroom

    Blake Bronstad

The couple has decided to ditch their property as a way of reducing their carbon footprint, Cameron told The Wall Street Journal. They also own 5,000 acres in New Zealand, 10,000 acres in Saskatchewan, and a home in Crested Butte, Colorado, and they spend time near both Los Angeles and Austin, Texas.

“One major criticism, especially if you’re seen as a high-visibility, or high-net worth person is, ‘Oh, you’ve got all these properties all over the place. That’s not very sustainable,’” Cameron said. “We’re trying to walk the walk of sustainability.”

Here, that means walking away from the coastal manse, and allowing someone else to enjoy its bountiful grounds.

John Fogerty’s Massive SoCal Estate Hits the Market for $20 Million

John Fogerty is selling his California compound down on the corner for $20 million.

The Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman is parting ways with his longtime Thousand Oaks estate after a decade of ownership, TMZ first reported. Dubbed White Stallion Ranch, the 22-acre spread is nestled within the gated Hidden Valley community. In 2013, the “Bad Moon Rising” singer shelled out roughly $9 million for the 18,600-square-foot residence, which was originally built in 2004 by architect Ron Firestone. However, the palatial pad has since benefitted from a massive renovation.

John Fogerty’s California estate is on the market for $19.9 million

    Re/Max One

At the heart of the property is a Tuscan-style farmhouse, complete with nine bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. Throughout the mostly single-story abode you’ll find cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors, and stone accents—including a fireplace in the great room. Though, there are a few high-tech features such as motorized window treatments and smart home controls. Nearby, the kitchen is decked out with glossy marble countertops, custom cabinets, top-of-the-line appliances, and a huge center island.

As one might expect, the multi-platinum music legend had two state-of-the-art soundproof recording studios installed. Here, you can belt out your best “Proud Mary” or practice your guitar skills. Of course, there are a slew of other perks as well, including two separate movie theaters, a gym, a wellness center, and a bar room equipped with climate-controlled wine walls. If you plan on playing host, the compound also comes with a detached guest house.

The compound has two recording studios, a movie theater, gym, a greenhouse, and gardens

    Re/Max One

Outside, walking paths allow guests to wander around the landscaped grounds, which have been covered in drought-tolerant turf. Although, the sweeping mountain and Pacific Ocean views are probably best enjoyed from any of the terraces. Elsewhere, there are plenty of alfresco spaces to kick back and relax. Think a poolside covered patio with a fire pit and outdoor kitchen. The manse also has a sports court, if you’re more of the active type. Either way, you could be the fortunate one to call this place home.

The home is located in the exclusive guard-gated enclave called Ashley Ridge, part of the glitzy, celebrity-filled Hidden Hills community. It’s sited on a 1.5-acre parcel of land, and you’re welcomed in via a private circular driveway with lush, manicured landscaping and towering mature trees with leafy canopies. The custom-built estate features bespoke wooden ceilings and oak beams, limestone floors, grand skylights, custom lighting, carved wooden doors, and marble fireplaces. No detail or expense was spared when it came to materiality. There are also floor-to-ceiling windows and custom glass sliding doors that overlook the pastoral grounds and welcome in plenty of natural light. There’s a spacious chef’s kitchen, which feels bright and airy thanks to vaulted beamed ceilings and open skylights. The home has a minimalist, natural aesthetic with indoor greenery at every turn.

Amenities include a movie theater, gym, steam shower, wrapping room, bonus room, library, walk-in wine cellar, outdoor kitchen, custom barbecue, fire pit, fountains, five-car garage, RV storage space, and a full-size basketball court.
