    Reality Star Hannah Brown Celebrated Her Bachelorette Party at This $9.4 Million Florida Home

    Model and author Hannah Brown rose to fame as the looking-for-love star of The Bachelorette’s 15th season. While her time on the reality TV show didn’t lead to a relationship of everlasting love, Brown just celebrated her real-life bachelorette weekend in high style on the Gulf Coast of Florida.

    Heading into her upcoming nuptials, the TV personality and her closest friends holed up at Pura Vida, a $9.4 million estate in Seagrove Beach offered by the vacation-rental company Natural Retreats. The seven-bedroom, eight-bath Florida property is part of the group’s Alaya Collection, managed by 360 Blue. Nightly rates range from $2,250 to $3,800 during the offseason and $3,800 to $6,000 during peak season.

    The three-story home is ideal for large group getaways in the spirit of Brown’s bachelorette party. The second floor serves as the main entertaining space. Hardwood floors and soaring ceilings are found in the living room, which sports a 75-inch TV perfect for movie nights. The kitchen is done up in coastal blue and gold tones, with a walk-in pantry and a breakfast bar. The formal dining room can seat up to 10, and there’s a nearby deck set up for alfresco dining as well.

    The third floor contains two deluxe primary suites, while the additional bedrooms are found on the ground level and in a detached carriage house. In total, Pura Vida can sleep a total of 22 people.

    The residence sits right on the sand with endless views across the water, and, during the high season, rental charges include a complimentary beach setup every morning, with chairs and umbrellas. The private pool, meanwhile, can be heated up during the cooler months. Out back you’ll also find an outdoor kitchen, an outdoor shower, and several seating areas for breaking off into smaller groups. Additional amenities include a bocce court and a putting green on site, plus beach cruisers that allow you to explore the neighborhood on two wheels.

    Along with the home itself, 360 Blue offers concierge services and guest experiences for those staying at their properties. During your visit, the company can help coordinate in-home cooking classes and massages or set up a private yacht charter or a yoga class on the beach. During Brown’s trip over Memorial Day Weekend, for example, Natural Retreats welcomed her group with plush robes and a charcuterie spread.

    On the surface, Jupiter looks a lot like many of the other upscale coastal enclaves along Florida‘s Atlantic coast: low-key streets lined with palm trees, yachts docked in tranquil waterways, and Mediterranean-style mansions tucked behind high hedges and security gates. But look closer and you’ll notice something else: a tight concentration of professional golf talent unlike anywhere else in the country.

    Over the last few decades, this once-sleepy town in northern Palm Beach County has quietly become one of the most elite addresses in professional golf. Tiger Woods lives here. So do Rory McIlroy, Brooks Koepka, Rickie Fowler, and Dustin Johnson—along with more than a dozen other PGA and LIV Tour regulars.  

    The appeal is straightforward. There are 69 golf courses within a 15-mile radius. The weather is reliably mild. Luxury homes offer privacy and space to build personal training facilities. And with no state income tax, Florida residency makes financial sense for athletes who play for multimillion-dollar purses.

    The rise of Jupiter as the golf elite’s preferred hometown didn’t happen overnight. And, in many ways, it started with Jack Nicklaus. The 18-time major winner moved to Palm Beach County with his wife Barbara in the 1960s. In 1999, they opened the Bear’s Club, a private golf community in Jupiter designed to offer pros the exclusivity and practice conditions they couldn’t get elsewhere. The club helped solidify the area’s status as a destination for serious players with serious means. 

    A-listers and non-golfers alike have been drawn to the exclusive enclave, with past residents including Celine Dion, Serena Williams, and Michael Jordan. Five-time major winner Rory McIlroy picked up his Bear’s Club home from fellow major champion Ernie Els in 2017. The nine-bedroom Mediterranean-style estate, set on 2.4 acres, is now valued at over $18 million. It includes a tennis court, recording studio, home theater, gym, and a pool with views of the club’s private course. McIlroy, who recently completed the career Grand Slam with his win at the 2025 Masters, has announced plans to build a home in London—but he’s made clear the move isn’t permanent, keeping his Jupiter estate as a lasting base.

    Woods lives just a few minutes away on a 12-acre waterfront property on Jupiter Island he purchased for $40 million in 2006. After razing the original house, he built a custom compound that includes two conjoined buildings—one for living, one for training—as well as a 100-foot lap pool and a four-hole practice course. The estate is now estimated to be worth around $60 million. Nearby, he built a home for his mother, Kultida, in 2010. That residence sits on two adjoining lots Woods purchased for a combined $2.4 million in 2007, a year after the passing of his father, Earl. Woods is a key figure in TGL, the tech-infused indoor golf league he co-founded with McIlroy, which hosts matches inside SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens.

    Other pros have followed suit. Rickie Fowler’s home, purchased for $14 million, features a Magnolia Lane–style driveway lined with trees, along with a pool, a private dock, and, of course, a putting green. The 11,500-square-foot spread, featured on Netflix’s Full Swing, contains six bedrooms, nine bathrooms, a games room, and a sports bar. 

    Brooks Koepka’s home, which also appeared in the documentary series, sits near the Loxahatchee River. Designed to his specifications, the 13,000-square-foot manse has six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, multiple garages, and a backyard putting area. Koepka acquired the lot in 2018 for just over $3 million; the home is now valued at closer to $6 million, according to Realtor.com.

    For many of these players, Jupiter offers a unique combination of luxury, privacy, and practicality. According to Realtor.com, the median listing price in the still-slightly-under-the-radar community is $1.2 million, a substantial amount but still far less than Palm Beach’s $3 million. That said, there are currently more than 40 properties in Jupiter listed at $10 million or more. And for context, the median sale price in the area has more than doubled over the last two decades, signifying increased interest and demand from high-end buyers. But numbers aside, it’s really the easy access to a greens-centric lifestyle that entices golf’s elite to the area.

    As mentioned, the palatial spread has undergone a serious glow-up.     A Billionaire Is Taking Over a West Palm Beach Street for His Private Estate—and Neighbors Aren’t Happy

    Paul Tudor Jones is building a sprawling waterfront estate in Florida‘s West Palm Beach, and he plans to incorporate a chunk of public street into his private domain.

    The billionaire hedge funder just won approval from the West Palm Beach City Commission to acquire a portion of Essex Court, a slender, dead-end lane in Southend—also known as the Soso neighborhood—for $220,000, Realtor.com reported. And why does he want this bit of blacktop? So he can create a private, gated compound connecting two luxury homes he’s currently building along the Intracoastal Waterway. 

    The legendary investor, worth more than $8 billion, already owns three contiguous properties he will combine into a single compound. Tax records show he picked up two side-by-side waterfront parcels for nearly $10 million in 2021—one of the lots had a modest house on it, and together they span almost 2.3 acres, and last year he shelled out another $6.4 million for a neighboring property with an existing home sitting on a .43-acre plot. With this latest land grab, Jones now controls roughly 2.7 acres—plenty of space to craft a secluded estate. 

    The section of Essex Court he’s acquiring is only about 65 feet long and does not provide access to any driveways of neighboring homes, according to the Palm Beach Daily News. His team, led by planner Brian Cheguis of iPlan & Design, made sure the plan passed muster with the city’s Plats and Review Committee, and they even got the fire department’s green light. 

    “We left 30 feet from the swale back,” Cheguis explained to the publication, adding that the gates will be set back far enough to allow some road access. “It’s really not that big of a deal.”

    However, not everyone is thrilled. Some neighbors are upset about losing part of the public street, fearing it will shrink available parking and make it more difficult for service trucks and emergency vehicles to access and turn around. “This guy has more money than we do, and as a billionaire, he’s probably used to getting everything he wants,” one frustrated resident told the magazine.

    Jones owns several impressive properties across the country, including a $30 million mansion in Cambridge, Maryland, and a waterfront estate in Belle Haven, Connecticut. He isn’t the first finance titan to assemble a mega-compound in South Florida, either. Citadel’s Ken Griffin famously spent years piecing together 25 acres of prime ocean-to-lake land, while Kenneth G. Tropin and William P. Lauder have also combined properties to create sprawling estates. 

    Until recently, this trend was more common in Palm Beach. But as West Palm Beach gains traction as “Wall Street South,” more and more deep-pocketed buyers are looking to put down real estate roots across the Intracoastal. And, with the new wave of ultra-wealthy moving in, the metro area’s $515,000 median home price is likely to increase considerably over the next decade.

    A $65 Million Miami Mansion With an Aquarium So Big a Scuba Diver Has to Clean It

    Mr. Helberg is going to Washington. 

    Jacob Helberg, President Trump’s pick for undersecretary of state for growth, energy, and the environment, is putting his bayfront Florida home on the market for a cool $65 million. However, don’t expect to find it listed on the MLS just yet—Helberg is aiming for an off-market deal as he makes his move to Washington, D.C. 

    Helberg and his husband, venture capitalist Keith Rabois, purchased the Venetian Islands property in 2020 for around $29 million. Since then, they’ve poured about $15 million on customizations, including a jaw-dropping 5,600-gallon aquarium imported from Japan that cost the couple about $1 million, according to agent Julian Johnston of the Corcoran Group. The tank is so massive that it requires a scuba diver for maintenance, who enters through a hatch discreetly tucked away inside the closet of the primary bedroom.

    Helberg and Rabois recently acquired a seven-bedroom, circa-1912 home in D.C.’s Kalorama neighborhood near the French Embassy for approximately $7 million, according to property records. Kalorama has long been home to power couples like Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, as well as Barack and Michelle Obama. Billionaires like Jeff Bezos and former Trump officials such as David Sacks, Howard Lutnick, and Scott Bessent also reside nearby.

    Sylvester Stallone Halts Plans for a Sea Barrier Around His Palm Beach Home After Neighbors Pitch a Fit

    Sylvester Stallone is the talk of the town after pissing off his Palm Beach neighbors. The 78-year-old actor decamped from Hollywood to South Florida almost five years ago, snapping up a $35 million mansion with a private dock on the Intracoastal Waterway. The on-screen tough-guy recently ruffled more than a few feathers after it was revealed he wanted to install a sea barrier around his palatial estate to prevent seaweed and other debris from washing up on the private beach in his backyard, Bloomberg reported.  

    “It’s unbelievable to me that you can have your house, your things, your boat—the place that’s your sanctuary—and you can have some guy sit there for 10 months and do his laundry in front of me and there’s nothing you can do about it,” he pleaded to the Palm Beach Town council. In addition, Stallone mentioned in the application that he wanted to protect his residence from garbage that often gets dropped into the water. According to the news site, Stallone even raised the issue with incoming president Donald Trump, whose Mar-a-Lago property is about eight miles down the road.  

    Stallone ponied up $35 million for the waterfront estate that includes a private stretch of sugary sand.

    The plan would require him to lease a chunk of underwater land from the state where the barrier would be built, rising 18 inches out of the water. However, Stallone’s lawyer stepped in during the proceedings and declared that the proposal has been officially withdrawn after council members and local residents voiced their concerns about the actor’s infringement on public waterways. “It’s tough being so famous, and we have lots of celebrities and important people who live here, but you’re the only Rocky and Rambo, so it’s tough. I think we simply must object to this particular one,” said council president Bobbie Lindsay.  

    Stallone acquired the 13,000-square-foot lakefront compound back in December of 2020. Altogether, the sprawling estate has seven bedrooms and 10 bathrooms, plus a gym, a library, a swimming pool, and a family room with a wet bar, Realtor.com reported.

    In February, the Italian Stallion declared that he would be leaving California permanently to live full-time in the Sunshine State. Indeed, he’d already sold his Golden State home in the celeb-packed Los Angeles suburb of Hidden Hills to musician John Fogerty in October 2023 for $17 million. Celebrity pedigree aside, what made headlines is the fact that the former Creedence Clearwater Revival frontman flipped the residence six months later with a $4.3 million bump in the asking price. The year before, Stallone sold his longtime home in the ritzy Beverly Park enclave for $58 million to Adele, who has since ripped most of the house down to make way for an all-new custom home. And, earlier this month, the Tulsa King star splashed out $25 million—in cash!—for a recently rebuilt and glamorously apointed home in East Hampton for his three daughters, Sophia, Sistine, and Scarlet.
