Rams QB Matthew Stafford Relists Two of Drake’s Former SoCal Homes for $13.5 Million

A little over a year after they first hit the market with a combined $12.5 million ask, two side-by-side properties in the San Fernando Valley’s affluent Hidden Hills community owned by Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford have popped up for sale again, this time with a million-dollar jump in price. The Super Bowl-winning signal caller and his longtime wife Kelly are now seeking nearly $13.5 million for the 1950s ranch-style houses they acquired from music superstar Aubrey “Drake” Graham in 2022. Michelle Graci of The Beverly Hills Estates holds the listings at 5840 Round Meadow Road and 5854 Round Meadow Road.

According to sources, the residences were temporarily removed from the market so they could be available for fellow Rams teammates and coaches moving to L.A. The increased price is reportedly due to some recent enhancements made to the homes, as well as the privacy and security the guard-gated neighborhood provides and the changing real estate market.

The updated four-bedroom, five-bath home at 5840 Round Meadow Road sits on 1.6 acres with a pool.

Records show the Staffords plunked down $5 million for one of the homes and then forked over another $6 million for the more modest place right next door. The $11 million they paid for the properties was a whopping $3.6 million more than the combined $7.4 million Drake originally wanted. The Canadian rapper and singer initially placed all three homes that made up his sprawling Hidden Hills compound on the market, asking $22.2 million. The final piece of his puzzle, a 16,000-square-foot Tudor-style house known as the YOLO (You Only Live Once) Estate, eventually went to high-powered attorney Makan Delrahim at a discounted $11.3 million.

As for the Staffords’ 1.6-acre property now on the market at 5840 Round Meadow Road for $6.5 million, the traditional four-bedroom, five-bath ranch home offers a little more than 3,600 square feet boasting hardwood floors, high ceilings, and fireplaces throughout. Described in previous marketing materials as “exquisitely transformed,” the wood and brick structure also has floor-to-ceiling doors that open to an alfresco entertaining area, plus landscaped grounds hosting a heated pool, a pool house, a barbecue area, and a pizza oven, along with an 800-square-foot guesthouse.

The three-bedroom, three-bath house at 5854 Round Meadow Road has two acres with a private horse trail.

The adjacent two-acre estate asking almost $7 million features a 2,400-square-foot, brick-accented house with three bedrooms, three baths, and rustic interiors that include vaulted wood-beam ceilings and an antique brick fireplace and built-in seating in the living room. There’s also a private horse trail in the backyard.

Ever since Stafford was traded to the Rams a few years ago, the former Detroit Lions quarterback has doled out more than $69 million for five Hidden Hills properties. In addition to the former Drake homes currently on the market, the 37-year-old NFL star still owns a newly built farmhouse and an adjacent winery estate. He previously sold a glassy mansion elsewhere in the celeb-studded enclave to private aviation CEO Bill Papariella for $21 million.

The ‘Keeping Up With The Kardashians’ House Hits the Market for $13.5 Million

It’s time for this Los Angeles-area manse to keep up with another family.

The Mediterranean-style digs that served as ground zero for the long-running E! series Keeping Up With the Kardashians, which turned the Kardashian-Jenner clan into reality stars, has just hit the market for $13.5 million, The New York Times reported. The glamorous abode sits in the guard-gated city of Hidden Hills.

Records show matriarch and “momager” Kris Jenner and former Olympian Caitlyn Jenner, who was then her husband and known as Bruce Jenner, paid $4 million for the property in spring 2010. Her son, Rob Kardashian, has been living in the home for the past several years. Built in the late 1990s and recently updated by celebrity designer Ryan Saghian—complete with all-new furnishings that can be purchased for an additional $400,000—the two-story structure has six bedrooms and eight baths in roughly 8,800 square feet.

Fans of the show will easily recognize the iconic foyer with its bridal staircase and black-and-white tile floor.

Introducing the abode is a dramatic double-height foyer displaying a black-and-white checkered marble floor and a sweeping bridal staircase. From there, a fireside living area is lined with tall arched windows and French doors, while the formal dining room connects to a gourmet kitchen boasting dual islands, a black La Cornue range, and a butler’s pantry with a frozen yogurt machine.

The amenities continue with an office and a family room with a wet bar. The posh primary suite, meanwhile, features a fireplace, a private balcony, a separate gym, and a steam shower-equipped bath. Outdoors, the manicured grounds span over an acre and host a pool with a spa and waterfall, an open-air cabana warmed by a fireplace, and several alfresco lounging and entertaining spots. There’s also an attached four-car garage on the premises.

Arched windows and French doors bathe the fireside living room with natural light.

“This home was an integral part of the show,” listing agent Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate Southern California told The New York Times. “But it isn’t just a house that was on TV. It’s a home where a family lived their lives, with good times, bad times, kids growing up, and all kinds of evolution.”

Jenner decided to sell the residence because she believes the time has come for another family to make their own memories within its walls. “I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family,” she told the publication, “and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners.”

The matriarch, who began filming The Kardashians on Hulu in 2022, has moved on to another residence. She and her daughter Khloe Kardashian currently live in side-by-side homes in Hidden Hills that they purchased a few years ago for $20 million and $17 million, respectively.

Lori Loughlin’s SoCal Estate Has Returned to the Market at a Discounted $16.5 Million

Almost a year after it first hit the market with a $17.5 million price tag, Lori Loughlin’s Southern California residence in the guard-gated city of Hidden Hills has lingered on the market with no takers. But now the modern farmhouse-style spread has popped up for sale again after a brief absence, this time with a substantially reduced $16.5 million ask. The listing is held by Tomer Fridman of Christie’s International Real Estate and Marc Shevin of Douglas Elliman.

The actress, who is probably best known for her turn as Aunt Becky on the long-running TV show Full House, and her fashion designer husband Mossimo Giannulli paid $9.5 million for the property back in summer 2020. Built in 2018 but renovated by the couple during their tenure, the two-story structure rests amid a gated parcel spanning over an acre in the coveted Ashley Ridge Estates enclave and offers six bedrooms and nine baths in nearly 12,000 square feet boasting maple floors, soaring ceilings, and sliding glass doors providing seamless indoor-outdoor environs.

A spacious double-height foyer introduces nearly 12,000 square feet of neutrally hued living space.

Especially standing out on the main level are a fireside living area resting beneath a striking sky-lit ceiling and a formal dining room sitting across from a climate-controlled wine closet. Other highlights include a family room warmed by a fireplace, which connects via a casual dining space to a gourmet kitchen outfitted with custom white oak cabinetry, marble countertops, and high-end appliances.

Elsewhere are an office, a movie theater, and a gym, as well as a posh primary suite sporting a marble fireplace, a private balcony, and dual spa-like baths. The amenities continue outdoors, where the picturesque mountain-view grounds are laced with olive trees and hold a pool and spa, a bocce court, a fire pit, and a barbecue area. There’s also an attached four-car garage.

The living room is centered around a bookmatched marble fireplace stretching to the soaring sky-lit ceiling.

Nicollette Sheridan Relists Her French Country-Style Estate in SoCal for $13 Million

More than a year after it first hit the market with a nearly $16 million price tag, Nicollette Sheridan’s longtime residence in the gated Los Angeles enclave of Hidden Hills has lingered on the market with no takers. But now it’s popped up for sale again with a substantially reduced $13 million ask, which is around $3 million less than the veteran TV and film actress originally wanted for the place in summer 2023.

Sheridan and her ex-fiancé, the singer Michael Bolton, paid singer Melissa Etheridge and her wife Tammy Lynn Michaels $4.3 million for the San Fernando Valley spread back in spring 2008. Originally built in the 1970s, the two-story structure rests amid a gated hilltop parcel spanning almost four acres and offers six bedrooms and seven baths in 7,500 square feet of recently renovated living space boasting a mix of limestone and wide-plank French oak floors paired with vaulted wood-beam ceilings.

The formal living room has French doors that open out to a covered patio.

Especially standing out on the main level are formal living and dining rooms with French doors spilling out onto a covered patio. Other highlights include a wet bar-equipped family room warmed by a fireplace and a wood-paneled office, plus a gourmet kitchen outfitted with a marble-topped island, Viking and Sub-Zero appliances, butler and silver pantries, and a window-lined breakfast nook sporting a built-in banquette.

The amenities continue upstairs, where a posh primary suite comes complete with a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a luxe bath hosting a pedestal spa tub, a steam shower, and a sauna; and outdoors, the picturesque mountain- and city-view grounds are surrounded by equestrian amenities and riding trails and hold a tennis court, a gym, a pool and spa, and a kitchen with an imported Italian pizza oven. There’s also a separate guest suite with its own stairway entrance and a three-car garage.

In addition to a pool and spa, the grassy backyard hosts an outdoor kitchen equipped with a pizza oven imported from Italy.

Per the listing, which is held by Shen Schulz of Sotheby’s International Realty, Sheridan is doubling down on trying to sell because she wants her aging horses to live in heaven on earth and frolic to their heart’s content. “As much as I love my home, it is time for us to move on,” she said in a statement. “We will be moving to a farm that allows us the freedom of green pastures and many more furry and feathery friends to accompany us on our new adventures.”

Rams QB Matthew Stafford Lists One of Drake’s Former SoCal Homes for $5.7 Million

Ever since he sashayed into Los Angeles a few years ago, you could say former Detroit Lions quarterback Matthew Stafford has been just a wee bit busy. He’s not only captured a Super Bowl victory with the Rams and inked a four-year, $160 million deal that runs through 2026, but he’s also doled out upwards of $69 million on five properties in the affluent guard-gated community of Hidden Hills—among them, a newly built modern farmhouse and an adjacent winery estate, plus two side-by-side homes he acquired from music superstar Aubrey “Drake” Graham.

The 36-year-old NFL star and his longtime wife Kelly have since sold a glassy mansion elsewhere in the celeb-studded enclave for $21 million to private aviation CEO Bill Papariella. Now the couple is getting ready to lighten their real estate portfolio once again, asking $5.7 million for one of the 1950s ranch-style houses they purchased from Drake in 2022.

The Staffords plunked down $5 million for the house that’s currently up for grabs and then paid another $6 million for the more modest place right next door. The $11 million they paid for the two properties was a whopping $3.6 million more than the combined $7.4 million Drake originally wanted for the properties. The Canadian rapper and singer initially placed all three homes that made up his sprawling Hidden Hills compound on the market, asking a combined total $22.2 million. The final piece of his puzzle—a 16,000-square-foot Tudor-style house known as the YOLO (You Only Live Once) Estate—eventually went to high-powered attorney Makan Delrahim at a significantly discounted $11.3 million.

As for the 1.6-acre property that’s now on the market, the traditional four bedroom, five-bath home offers a little more than 3,600 square feet of living space boasting fireplaces, hardwood floors, and high ceilings throughout. Described in previous marketing materials as “exquisitely transformed,” the wood and brick structure also features floor-to-ceiling doors that open to an al fresco entertaining area, plus landscaped grounds hosting a heated pool and a pool house, a barbecue area, a pizza oven, and an 800-square-foot guesthouse.

According to the listing, there’s also an option to acquire the neighboring 2-acre estate that has a 2,400-square-foot, brick-accented house with three bedrooms, three baths, and rustic interiors including vaulted wood-beam ceilings and an antique brick fireplace and built-in seating in the living room. Rounding it all out: a private horse trail in the backyard.

Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community deep in the San Fernando Valley, has become the unofficial hangout spot for the Rams. In addition to Stafford, other residents have included Sean McVay, Cooper Kupp, Jalen Ramsey, and Aaron Donald. The Staffords also maintain a Tuscan-inspired vacation home in Orange County’s swank Newport Coast community that they purchased back in 2020. More

John Fogerty Asks $21 Million for Sylvester Stallone’s Former L.A. Estate

Though it’s been barely seven months since John Fogerty paid Sylvester Stallone just over $17 million for his 2.2-acre ranch deep in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles, the former Creedence Clearwater Revival founder and frontman is already seeking a new owner for his place in the ritzy guard-gated community of Hidden Hills with a hefty $4.3 million bump in price, asking $21.5 million.

Fogerty picked up the equestrian property last October for well under Stallone’s $22.5 million asking price, or $1 million less than the Rambo and Rocky star paid for the keys back in spring 2022. But it appears that neither of the gents made any substantial alterations to the place during their short stays, with the home having originally been decked out with East Coast-inspired interiors by celebrity designer Martyn Lawrence Bullard for a previous owner.

Built in 2014, and tucked away behind gates and mature trees at the end of a secluded cul-de-sac, the estate includes a white wood-shingled main house and detached guesthouse—for a total of five bedrooms and eight baths in a little more than 10,400 square feet. Also on tap are a large poolside cabana warmed by a fireplace and four-stall horse barn, plus a professional-size riding arena, greenhouse and an attached garage that can accommodate up to four vehicles.

In addition to a riding arena, the 2.2-acre spread contains four separate structures.

    Google Earth

Especially standing out in the two-story primary dwelling is a spacious great room sporting a vaulted wood-beam ceiling topped with skylights, fireplace and walls of glass spilling out to a covered terrace. A formal dining room and family room connect to the gourmet kitchen, which is outfitted with an eat-in island, and top-tier Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. There’s also a projector-equipped media room, mirror-walled gym and wine cellar with a tasting room.

Upstairs, the primary suite comes complete with a sitting area, private balcony, two showroom-style closets, and a luxe bath sporting dual vanities, a soaking tub and glassy steam shower; and outdoors, the sprawling grounds are laced with fruit and avocado trees, organic vegetable gardens and a koi pond, and host a custom swimming pool with a Baja shelf and spa, fire-pit, as well as plenty of spots ideal for al fresco lounging and entertaining.

In addition to their Hidden Hills spread, Fogerty and his longtime wife Julie still own an even larger estate out in the Hidden Valley community near Thousand Oaks. That 20-acre compound was up for grabs at $20 million in early 2023, though it’s since been removed from the market. As for Stallone, he and wife Jennifer have traded California for Florida, where they own a $35 million Palm Beach mansion. More

Lori Loughlin Is Seeking $17 Million for Her Lavish L.A. Mansion

Four years after she and longtime husband Mossimo Giannulli bought the place for $9.5 million, Lori Loughlin is returning her impressive “Full House” in guard-gated Hidden Hills back to the market, asking a much-increased $17.5 million. Fashionably dressed in the modern farmhouse architectural style and featuring a host of top-of-the-line amenities throughout, the 2019-built structure boasts six bedrooms and 7.5 baths in nearly 12,000 square feet of open-plan living space.

The big jump in price reflects Hidden Hills’ increased desirability, as buyer interest in L.A.’s gated communities has soared over the past few years. And it’s certainly worth noting that Loughlin and Giannulli have made some noteworthy improvements to the 1.5-acre property during their ownership tenure. The couple installed new landscaping—more than a dozen mature olive trees now hug the front of the property, providing increased seclusion and serenity. There are new contemporary chandeliers inside, a darker paint on the home’s outside, and a fully re-landscaped backyard with elegant new hedges, a fire-pit seating area, a bocce ball court and the same tranquil views of the hills that surround Calabasas.

Built on speculation in 2019, the modern farmhouse sits at the very end of a particularly prestigious cul-de-sac.

    Google Earth

Behind equestrian-oriented Hidden Hills’ ubiquitous white picket fences, a short pathway leads to the house itself. Inside, guests will be impressed by the colossal foyer, which features soaring ceilings and clerestory windows that bathe the interiors in light.

The decor theme of warm tones — reinforced by creamy white walls and maple floors — continues throughout the home’s open-plan living spaces. The great room offers a chunky marble fireplace and a unique ceiling with parallel rows of skylights, while the dining room lies directly across from a temperature-controlled wine closet—which is currently equipped with a motorcycle—and can easily seat a dozen merrymakers.

As expected, the chef’s kitchen is undeniably lavish, sporting custom white cabinetry, marble countertops, and a bevy of high-end appliances. Wide banks of glass sliders blur the line between indoor/outdoor living and spill out to a massive covered dining loggia overlooking the backyard lawn and pool.

Other luxe spaces include a home gym with plenty of space for a row machine or two, a movie theater, and a large executive office. Upstairs, the primary suite offers a bedroom with a marble fireplace and private balcony, plus a spa-style bath and a bespoke dressing room.

Even if Giannulli and Aunt Becky were to sell their Hidden Hills house tomorrow, they assuredly won’t be homeless. The couple also still owns a $13 million desert vacation retreat at the Madison Club in California‘s Coachella Valley, where some of their nearest neighbors include Apple’s Tim Cook, Nike’s Phil Knight, Justin Bieber and multiple members of the Kardashian clan. A Snazzy Modern L.A. Farmhouse Sells to a 30-Year-Old Entrepreneur for $23 Million

Over in the ritzy guard-gated community of Hidden Hills—a celeb-studded enclave inundated with the likes of Kris and Khloe Kardashian, Matt Stafford, Lori Loughlin, Jessica Simpson, French Montana and Tristan Thompson, just to name a few—an up-and-coming payments processing executive has just joined the residential fray, having doled out a cool $23.7 million for the keys to a newly built modern farmhouse-style mansion.

Originally listed for a smidge under $25 million this past October, records show the sprawling San Fernando Valley spread went to Maverick Payments COO Benjamin Griefer, who was recognized as one of the Electronic Transactions Association’s 40 under 40 extraordinary payments executives by fellow members last year at only 29 years old. He and his wife Chantal snagged the place at a $1.2 million discount.

Custom-built in 2023, the six-bedroom, eight-bath home features a little more than 13,100 square feet of two-level living space providing seamless indoor-outdoor environs throughout. Also on tap: a wealth of posh amenities, including a bookshelf-lined office space, soundproof movie theater, steam shower-equipped gym, an entertainment lounge with a seated bar and an attached garage that can accommodate up to four vehicles.

Especially standing out on the main level is an open great room, which is highlighted by a spacious fireside living area sporting automated walls of glass spilling out to a covered terrace. An adjacent dining area connects to the gourmet kitchen, which is decked out with two islands and top-tier appliances. There also are formal living and dining rooms, the former holding a fireplace and latter boasting a temperature-controlled wine wall encased in glass.

Upstairs, the sumptuous master retreat comes complete with a stone fireplace, separate sitting area that flows out to a private balcony and duo of “room-sized” custom closets, as well as a luxe bath brandishing a soaking tub, plus dual vanities and showers; and outdoors, the 1.4-acre grounds are laced with mature oak trees, and host an infinity-edge pool with an oversized Baja shelf and a spa nestled alongside an open-air cabana that’s ideal for al fresco dining with its very own barbecue station.

The listing was held by Marc Shevin of Douglas Elliman; Nicole Tekiela and Dennis Chernov of The Agency repped the buyers. More
