      Neve Campbell and JJ Feild List Their Charming Colonial Home in L.A. for $4.3 Million

      It’s been almost five years since Neve Campbell and JJ Feild picked up a Los Angeles home in the leafy San Fernando Valley neighborhood of Sherman Oaks. Now the Scream star and her longtime acting partner have decided to hand over the keys to their traditional Colonial-style digs, asking a speck under $4.3 million. Richard Yohon of Sotheby’s International Realty and Konstantine Valissarakos of Nourmand & Associates share the listing. 

      The couple—she famous for her turns as Sidney Prescott in the horror film franchise Scream and Julia Salinger on the TV series Party of Five, and he known for movies such as Captain America: The First Avenger and Austenland—acquired the property in 2020 for $2.8 million. Originally built in the mid-1920s, the traditional clapboard-sided residence was extensively remodeled by a previous owner in 2017 and has since undergone some recent updates by Campbell and Feild.

      YouTuber Alpharad’s Sleek L.A. Home Lists for $5 Million

      It’s been almost three years since Jacob Rabon picked up a Los Angeles residence in the San Fernando Valley community of Sherman Oaks. Now the successful YouTube and Twitch streamer—known to his roughly 4 million subscribers as Alpharad—is looking to hand over the keys to the modern digs for a smidge under $5 million. Brandon Piller and Joey Ben-Zvi of The Agency share the listing.

      Purchased by the 29-year-old Oklahoma native for $4.8 million in summer 2022, shortly after it was newly built, the stucco and glass structure rests on almost a quarter of an acre of land fronted by an attached two-car garage with EV chargers.

      The living room is spotlighted by a wood-encased linear fireplace topped by a big-screen TV.

      ‘Power’ Creator Courtney Kemp’s Charming Spanish-Style Bungalow in L.A. Lists for $2.7 Million

And last year she took a substantial loss on the sale of an Italian-style villa in nearby Windsor Square that she bought from actress Joanna Garcia Swisher and her retired pro basketball player husband Nick Swisher in 2019 for $8.7 million.
