‘Today’ Host Savannah Guthrie’s Sprawling NYC Loft Just Hit the Market for $7.1 Million

While most morning show hosts offer viewers a glimpse into their daily lives, Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie is taking things one step further and welcoming buyers into her New York City home—currently on the market for a cool $7.1 million.

The NBC News broadcaster is selling the Tribeca apartment that she and her husband, Michael Feldman, bought together back in 2017, reported The Wall Street Journal. The condo, which spans an impressive 3,735 square feet, occupies an entire floor inside a boutique residential building. Internally, you’ll find four bedrooms and three and a half baths. The stylish digs have also been professionally designed by AD100’s Monique Gibson and feature white-oak flooring throughout, plus hand-painted murals by artist Dean Barger.

Today co-anchor Savannah Guthrie has put her New York City condo on the market for $7.1 million.

What drew Guthrie to the dwelling was the roughly 50-foot great room and, more specifically, its massive concrete ceiling. “It looks so urban and cool,” she told the WSJ. “We just thought it added a certain edge.” Elsewhere, the living and dining areas are separated by a set of massive steel-framed glass doors, adding to the home’s industrial look. Though, a custom marble-and-white oak bar, an antiqued mirror and Saint Laurent marble island add more of glitzy vibe.

The Tribeca apartment has a giant concrete ceiling that extends from the great room to the living and dining areas.

Elsewhere, the primary suite sports its own fireplace and an expansive dressing room that has been decked out with custom oak millwork. There’s also a spa-like bathroom that has a soaking tub, a flatscreen TV, a separate shower and bluestone finishes. Nearby, an office could double as an additional bedroom if you’re not the WFH type; it’s currently outfitted with a built-in desk and a hidden Murphy bed concealed by wood panels.

Although the pair admitted to the publication that parting ways with their beloved pad is going to be hard, the couple is hoping to make good on their dream of one day owning a townhouse somewhere else in the city.

Rihanna’s Former NYC Penthouse Just Hit the Market for $13 Million

Back in 2013, Rihanna found love in a Soho penthouse. Now the superstar’s former pad is up for grabs.

A two-floor condo in New York City that once hosted the Barbados-born mogul has just hit the market for $12.9 million. Owned by fashion photographer Antoine Verglas, the Frenchman leased his pricey property to the Fenty Beauty founder from 2013 to 2017. Of course, if you only plan to live there for four, five seconds à la RiRi, the abode is also available to rent—for a whopping $45,000 a month, that is.

The duplex penthouse spans the top two levels of 129 Lafayette Street, which borders the Soho and Nolita neighborhoods. The building itself was originally built in 1911 as a light manufacturing facility. Nearly a century later in 2004, it was converted into a luxury residential development. Across the home’s 7,000 square feet are four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and one half bath. An added perk is a 2,400-square-foot landscaped wraparound terrace: aka, your private outdoor oasis with 360-degree views of Manhattan.

Inside, you’ll find all the makings of a bright and airy prewar apartment. Details include oversized windows, custom concrete flooring and soaring 13-foot ceilings throughout. A key-locked elevator takes you straight up to the top floor and opens to the grand living room which has been outfitted with a wood-burning fireplace. The living area flows right into the ultra-modern chef’s kitchen, decked out with Val Cucine cabinetry and top-of-the-line appliances. From here, you’ll have direct access to that sick roof deck.

The primary suite offers views of the Empire State Building.

If you take the steel-and-wood floating staircase down to the 11th floor, you’ll stumble across all four of the bedrooms. The expansive primary suite really steals the show with panoramic views of the Empire State Building and beyond. This space also features its own bathroom, dressing room and a massive walk-in closet—which is good news if your wardrobe collection is anything like the singer-turned-style icon’s.

Trevor Noah’s Airy NYC Penthouse Just Hit the Market for $13 Million

Just last month, Trevor Noah announced that he was stepping down as host of The Daily Show after seven years.  Now, as the comedian prepares for his departure on December 8, it looks like he’ll be parting ways with his New York City penthouse as well.

The 3,596-square-foot Hell’s Kitchen condo was extensively renovated during Noah’s ownership and is now listed for a cool $12.95 million with Nick Gavin of Compass. The three-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom duplex is located within Manhattan’s century-old Stella Tower. Formerly known as the New York Telephone Building, it was originally designed by architect Ralph Walker in 1927 and in 2014, reimagined as a luxury residence.

The late-night talk show host’s former digs occupy the 17th and 18th floors and showcase cast metal archways, French doors, oak flooring and marble accents that make the abode feel ultra-modern. Even the walls are stylish, finished with suede leather and plaster. The home itself is bright and airy thanks to soaring 15-foot-tall ceilings and large floor-to-ceiling glass windows.

Off the entry, you’ll find a floating staircase that leads to the upper floor which holds all the common spaces. There’s a dining room with seating for up to 12 guests, and in the chef’s kitchen, room for four more, plus marble slab countertops, top-of-the-line appliances, a wine fridge and pantry. A contemporary living room adjoins both spaces, complete with a gas-powered marble fireplace.

Elsewhere, a pair of double French doors in the sunroom opens to the sprawling 1,000-square-foot private terrace—a standout feature, no doubt. The alfresco space has been outfitted with a custom teak pergola, a heated plunge pool with built-in speakers and a black granite wet bar.

The lower level holds all three bedrooms, one of which is currently set up as a swanky home theater with four leather recliners and wool-upholstered walls. The primary suite offers its own private foyer, a hand-rubbed cortina leather wall and dual dressing rooms. In the principal bathroom, you’ll find a steam shower, soaking tub, heated limestone floors and marble vanities.

While there’s no word on whether Noah will return to TV (or stay in New York, for that matter), he told his audience that in the meantime, he wants to “carry on exploring.”

Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany’s Lavish NYC Penthouse Could Be Yours for $10.8 Million

Looks like you have a second chance at owning a Hollywood power couple’s lavish New York digs.

This picturesque New York City penthouse that celebrity couple Jennifer Connelly and Paul Bettany once called home is back on the market. The full-floor Tribeca abode comes with four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms and a lush 1,280-square-foot private roof deck. The loft was first listed in April of this year for $12 million. The asking price has now dropped to $10.8 million.

Connelly, who recently starred in Top Gun: Maverick, and Bettany, who just joined Tom Hanks on Miramax’s film adaptation of Here, snagged the chic Manhattan pad in 2012 and sold it four years later to Billy Hult. The President of Tradeweb Markets paid $6.99 million for the circa 1856 residence, as reported by the New York Post. The apartment still maintains much of its 19th-century charm, with a wood-burning stove, soaring ceilings, steel-framed arched factory windows and skylights throughout.

    The library has wall-to-wall bookshelves.

Elsewhere, the living spaces are outfitted with expansive windows that flood the loft with natural light. The epitome of bright and airy, the home features a 45-foot-wide living room, a double-height skylit chef’s kitchen and a dedicated sunroom that leads out to the terrace. There’s also a library outfitted with wall-to-wall, built-in bookshelves and a spacious dining area. Step into the primary suite and you’ll find a dressing room that’s joined by an equally impressive bathroom clad in travertine.

The private rooftop terrace comes with its own sauna, seating area and greenery.

One of the biggest standouts, though, is the entertainer’s paradise on the roof. It comes complete with a sauna, planter boxes, trees and plenty of seating. “There’s something incredibly serene about the space,” listing agent Debbie Korb of Sotheby’s International Realty the Post in April. “Sunlight glittering off the river, large expanses of wide-open spaces and an enchanting rooftop terrace.”

Did we mention you’re getting it at a discount?
