The Beckhams Live Across the Street From This Freshly Revamped $10 Million Miami Beach Home
Since 2022, Josh Flagg has doled out millions on properties spanning from coast to coast, among them a Beverly Hills fixer-upper and, in the same 90210 neighborhood, a Rex Lotery-designed home that was previously owned by singer Charlie Puth. He also has a commercial building in downtown Manhattan, a spread in East Hampton’s tony Georgica section, and, bought as an investment with partners in 2023, a Mediterranean villa on Miami Beach’s ultra-exclusive North Bay Road that just happens to be right across the street from David and Victoria Beckham’s sleek $72 million waterfront mansion.
Now, the Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles star and real estate broker is ready to thin his property portfolio, asking a dash under $10 million for his non-waterfront digs in Miami Beach. Jordan Karp of Jordan Karp LLC holds the listing.

Flagg Family Capital, the family’s private real estate investment arm, and his Carolwood LP partners, Adam Rubin and Andrew Shanfeld, plunked down $4.25 million in cash for the residence that’s currently up for grabs and then gave it a ground-up rebuild in collaboration with Gary Eisner of BuiltIN Studio.
Completed this year and set on a gated parcel spanning just under a quarter of an acre, the stucco and terracotta-roof structure that currently stands in the stead of a former 1930s house offers four bedrooms and six baths in roughly 4,000 square feet across two levels. Warm, cream-hued interiors boast new wood floors, arched doorways, and soaring vaulted ceilings, while amenities include a detached pool house with a sauna and cold plunge, a powder room, and an outdoor shower.
Standing out is a wood-beamed living room sporting the original limestone fireplace and a row of steel-framed glass doors spilling outside, as well as a formal dining room topped with a dangling chandelier and a sleek gourmet kitchen with white oak cabinetry, a wine fridge, and Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. An opulent primary suite is decked out with a morning bar-equipped sitting area and a travertine-clad bath flaunting dual vanities and a huge freestanding soaking tub.

Topping it all off are the lush palm-laced grounds, which host a large pool with a spa and a Baja shelf alongside several spots for alfresco lounging and entertaining. There’s also an attached two-car garage out front.
As for Flagg’s decision to depart the Sunshine State, the TV celeb said he’s really not leaving because he never even spent one night there. “Once the noise dies down, I’ll probably just buy everything back again,” he added. “I invest where it’s the right place at the right time.”
