One of Robert Duvall’s Former L.A. Homes Can Be Yours for $2 Million

You might not have been fortunate enough to snag Robert Duvall’s sprawling Virginia horse farm or ritzy New York City duplex that were recently up for grabs, complete with his own signature design touches. But now’s your chance to pick up The Godfather actor’s onetime Los Angeles pied-à-terre known as the Dove House, resting in West Hollywood; that is, of course, if you have a hankering to make the sellers an offer they just can’t refuse!

Described in marketing materials as a “storybook Spanish home in the heart of Norma Triangle with Mediterranean influences throughout,” the current owner is looking to hand over the keys for a speck under $2 million. Last sold six years ago for $1.7 million by Duvall and his Argentine actress and director wife Luciana Pedraza, the couple picked up the place back in March 2005 for $975,000.

Originally built in the mid-1920s—but reimagined by the Oscar-winner during his tenure, per the listing held by David Yadegaran, Somaye Bahmanabadi, and Davis Saadian of Carolwood Estates—the creamy stucco and terracotta-roof premises feature two bedrooms and an equal number of baths packed into a modest 1,200 square feet. There’s also a detached one-car garage, plus an uncovered parking space for an additional vehicle.

A sunken living room is warmed by a Santa Fe-style fireplace and has French doors leading outside.

An arched wood gate swings open to reveal a private front courtyard hidden from the street by towering hedges and enhanced with a stone walkway that travels to a fountain. Once inside, the charming interiors are bedecked with solid white oak floors, arched doorways, high ceilings, and imported Horus hardware. French doors in almost every room provide seamless indoor/outdoor environs.

Other highlights include a sunken living room resting beneath a coved ceiling and displaying a Santa Fe-style fireplace, as well as an adjacent formal dining room. An eat-in kitchen is outfitted with Fisher & Paykel appliances, while the primary suite has a convenient half-bath equipped with a single sink and a Toto toilet but shares a full shower-equipped bath with the other bedroom.

A heated lap pool serves as a centerpiece of the secluded backyard.

Outdoors, the lush yet compact 0.07-acre grounds are laced with bougainvillea, jasmine, roses, and ivy and host a waterfall-fed lap pool that’s heated for extra enjoyment, along with several spots ideal for al fresco lounging and entertaining.

A native of San Diego, the 93-year-old actor made his feature film debut as Boo Radley in To Kill a Mockingbird and went on to win a 1983 Academy Award for his portrayal of a broken-down country singer in Tender Mercies. He’s garnered six other Oscar nods during his decades-long career for films such as The Godfather, Apocalypse Now, The Great Santini, and The Judge. The skilled Argentine tango dancer also produced, directed, and acted with Pedraza in the crime thriller Assassination Tango.

NFL Star Nick Bosa’s South Florida Condo Is Up for Grabs at $1.75 Million

After four years of ownership, Nick Bosa has decided to say goodbye to a South Florida condo in his hometown of Fort Lauderdale. The NFL star is asking a speck under $1.8 million for the townhouse-style residence, which comes complete with ocean views and access to a secluded beach. The listing is held by the player’s mother, Cheryl Bosa of Engel & Völkers.

Acquired by the All-Pro defensive end for $1.24 million—shortly after he was chosen second overall in the 2019 draft by the San Francisco 49ers and subsequently inked a four-year, $33.6 million contract—the two-level unit lies on the fourth and fifth floors of the five-story 30 Thirty North Ocean luxury boutique residential building, which was completed in summer 2020 by Cavache Properties and designed by Adache Group Architects. Featured are three bedrooms and four baths in a little more than 2,000 square feet of modern living space displaying a mix of marble and wood floors, high ceilings, and walls of glass. All the furnishings are available for purchase at a negotiated price.

A private elevator entry flows into an open-plan great room holding a living area boasting sliding glass doors spilling out to a balcony. An adjacent dining room connects to the kitchen, which is outfitted with Italian-style cabinetry, stone countertops, a center island, an eat-in peninsula, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, and a wine fridge and built-in espresso maker. A glass-lined staircase heads downstairs, where a spacious primary suite features its own balcony, as well as dual walk-in-closets and a spa-inspired bath with dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a shower.

Topping it all off are plenty of building amenities—courtesy of a $1,568-per-month HOA charge—which include a clubhouse with fitness center, a pool and spa, and a barbecue and picnic area. There also are two assigned parking spots, one with a Tesla charger.

Bosa, the son of former NFL player John Bosa and the younger brother of Joey Bosa, who is currently a linebacker for the Los Angeles Chargers, agreed to a record five-year, $170 million contract extension with the 49ers in late 2023. That means the 26-year-old Florida native is the highest-paid defensive player in NFL history, with an average annual salary of $34 million. He is rumored to be looking for a new home on the West Coast.

Mandy Moore Is Asking $6 Million for a Chicly Revamped Midcentury in Pasadena

Back in early 2017, after searching for the perfect family home for almost a year, Mandy Moore and her soon-to-be husband Taylor Goldsmith came across a midcentury-modern abode resting amid a Pasadena hilltop overlooking the Arroyo Seco. The couple—she a singer and actress probably best known for her role as the matriarch in This is Us, and he the frontman for folk-rock band Dawes—went on to dole out nearly $2.6 million for the 1950s residence and then enlisted a team of designers to give the place a full makeover. Now the chicly revamped digs have returned to the market, this time asking $6 million. The listing is held by Teresa Fuller and Jamie Bridgers of Compass.

“We fell in love with the views, the pool, the yard, basically the whole energy of the place,” Moore told Architectural Digest in a 2018 article. Though the Harold B. Zook-designed structure had mostly good bones, she added, an unfortuate redo in the 1990s had concealed its clean modern lines and classic midcentury flavor. “We wanted to recapture the home’s original spirit without delving into a slavish period restoration,” she said. “We tried to imagine what Zook would have done if he were designing it today.”

Working with the architect’s original drawings and a team that included contracting firm Bronstruction, architect Emily Farnham, interior designer Sarah Sherman Samuel, and landscapers from Terremoto, Moore oversaw a rebuild of the stepped cornice lining the roof that had been replaced with a “decidedly less elegant alternative.” She also restored and updated the original blonde brick walls, floors, and fireplace surround, along with a copper hood topping a fireplace that divides the living and dining areas.

The home’s courtyard entrance has been enhanced with a custom bench and concrete water fountain.

RELATED: Side-by-Side Pasadena Homes List for $9 Million

Nestled within the Linda Vista neighborhood, high above the Rose Bowl Stadium and Annandale Golf Club, the white stucco and brick-accented dwelling sports three bedrooms and three baths in a little more than 3,550 square feet of living space infused with light through floor-to-ceiling walls of glass. There are sweeping views of the San Gabriel Mountains and Valley, along with brass-inlaid terrazzo floors, art walls, and designer lighting throughout.

A “showcase vestibule” serves as an entry into the open-plan layout. Among the highlights is a spacious living and dining area anchored by a massive stone fireplace topped with an eye-catching copper hood, plus a sky-lit kitchen outfitted with open shelving, a marble waterfall-edge island with seating for four, top-tier stainless appliances, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast nook that opens to a patio and garden. There’s also a family room spotlighted by a custom terrazzo-clad bench incorporated into the fireplace.

A restored brick and copper fireplace separates the living and dining areas.

    Susan Pickering

Secluded down a hallway adorned with a library alcove, the attractive primary suite includes a built-in green velvet headboard and floating bedside shelves, as well as a spa-like bath equipped with dual white oak vanities, a deep soaking tub, and a glass-encased shower. Sliding glass doors spill out to the grounds, which span just over 1.4 acres and host a pool with a Baja shelf and spa, a fire pit, and a pergola-shaded dining and kitchen area.

“It’s the end of an era,” Moore recently declared on her Instagram page. “Today, our home that we lovingly restored from the studs, is available for its next chapter and owner. It’s bittersweet as [Taylor] and I got engaged, married and brought home 2 babies here but I’m thrilled to see who she goes to next. It’s SUCH a special space.”

Best-known for her role as Rebecca Pearson on NBC’s award-winning This is Us, the Emmy- and Golden Globe-nominated actress has also appeared in films such as A Walk to Remember, Because I Said So, and 47 Meters Down. A singer and songwriter as well, Moore has released several musical tracks—Candy and I Wanna Be With You, among them. Coming up, look for her to appear on the next season of HGTV’s home-transformation series Celebrity IOU, starring Property Brothers Drew and Jonathan Scott and making its debut in August.

Broadway Legend Mary Martin Once Lived in This N.Y.C Penthouse. Now It Can Be Yours for $9.8 Million.

The Broadway theater duo that was Richard Rogers and Oscar Hammerstein famously redefined musical theater with their first collaboration on Oklahoma! in 1943. Actress and muse Mary Martin starred in the award-winning pair’s final production, The Sound of Music, which debuted on Broadway in 1959 and landed the creative duo five Tony awards, not to mention a wildly popular film adaptation starring Julie Andrews.

While racking up awards and clout, Martin shacked up in a tony penthouse overlooking New York City, and it remains the crown jewel of The Campanile, a pre-war apartment house that stands 14 stories with 16 full-floor or duplex apartments in the Beekman Place neighborhood on the east side of Midtown. Manhattan attorney David H. Braff bought the co-op apartment in 2013 for $8.25 million, according to Mansion Global, and proceeded to spend three years renovating the two-floor spread that has three terraces and sweeping vistas of the East River and the Big Apple skyline. It’s now listed at $9.8 million.

The luxurious bronze-and-marble staircase sweeps up to the kitchen and dining room.

    Kellen Houde/Real Estate Production Network

The Camponile, at 450 East 52nd Street, comes with a lot of ties to high society and old Hollywood. Greta Garbo, Rex Harrison, and Ethel Barrymore are just a few of the stars who once took up residence there, along with playwright Noël Coward, TIME magazine founder Henry Luce, and members of the Pulitzer and Rothschild families. The building was also famously home to the Mayfair Yacht Club, a swanky Prohibition-era speakeasy that was raided at least once in the 1930s.

Mary Martin’s former duplex penthouse continues to illuminate Jazz Age elegance across its 5,000 unconventionally configured square feet. A private elevator opens into the marble-floored foyer of the two-bedroom home, where there’s a wet bar and a decadent bronze-and-marble staircase that sweeps up to the upper floor. The 33-foot-long fireside great room sits just beyond, with panoramic windows and French doors that open to a generous south-facing terrace. Upstairs—here’s the unusal part of the penthouse’s layout—is the combined dining area and open-plan gourmet kitchen, which is decked out with a La Cornue stone, a corner fireplace, and a trio of French doors leading to a wrap-around terrace. Adjacent to the space is a glass-encased sunroom that also lets out to the rooftop terrace.

The primary bedroom has a private terrace and an expansive view of the Queensboro Bridge.

    Kellen Houde/Real Estate Production Network

Extraordinary views highlight the primary suite, alongside a marble-clad en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and steam shower options. Heated marble floors keep you cozy on trips to its two walk-in closets and vanity as well. Other standout amenities include a wood-paneled study—a Murphy bed allows it to function as the second bedroom—a temperature-controlled wine storage room, and a dedicated laundry room. High tech creature comforts include a custom home automation system for controlling the lights, shades, and music.

“Because of the way Manhattan is shaped and the height of the apartment, it feels like it is in the middle of the river with no surrounding buildings,” listing agent Tyler Whitman of The Agency claims in a statement.

Well, if you’ve got an extra $4.75 million lying around and are eager to spend it, this industrial-style residence in the Fort Point neighborhood might be the ideal spot to settle down in unique style.

Records show the condo was last purchased for $5.5 million in October 2021. Its current owner is Celtics star Jaylen Brown, who was named NBA Finals MVP in June after the team snagged its league-record 18th championship. Tailored to suit his personal needs, the corner unit lies on the top floor of the five-story Necco Landing building, which once served as a textile factory.

An open-plan great room holds a living and dining area displaying basketball memorabilia, a wine fridge, a billiard table, and arcade machines, while a sleekly designed kitchen is outfitted with open shelving, an eat-in island, and top-tier stainless appliances. A spacious primary suite boasts two walk-in closets and a bath equipped with dual vanities and a large shower, and elsewhere is an elevator-accessible entry foyer that has a spiral staircase leading up to a 400-square-foot roof deck sporting a fire pit.

Brown, who was drafted as the third overall pick by the Boston Celtics in 2016, agreed to a five-year, $304 million supermax contract extension in 2023, which ranks as the richest contract in NBA history. That means the three-time All-Star will earn an estimated average of $60.8 million per year during the life of the contract.

One of Jeremy Renner’s Formerly Flipped Homes Is Back on the Market in L.A. for $6.5 Million

Back in 2008, a few years after Jeremy Renner and his business partner Kristoffer Winters bought and sold their first house in Los Angeles for around $240,000 over what they paid for the place just a few months before, the actor-turned-real estate developer doled out roughly $1.5 million for a Greek Revival-style estate in Hollywood Hills. Now—after first selling the revamped property for a $2.4 million profit in 2009—it’s popped up on the market once again, still dressed to the nines and asking a speck under $6.5 million. The listing is held by Daniel Giventer and Dovi Levin of Christie’s International Real Estate.

Originally built in the early 1920s and previously occupied by Disney writer, director and producer Perce Pearce, who is largely known for his work on Bambi, Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs, and Fantasia—and dubbed the Hemingway House because it was reportedly used as an “after-party pad” by writer Ernest Hemingway—the premises underwent an extensive remodel and glow-up during Renner’s ownership.

The home’s cozy library is adorned with a seated bar.

Securely hidden away behind gates and high hedges, amid a corner parcel spanning roughly one-third acres in the affluent Selma Avenue Residential Historic District, the tan stucco and green terracotta-roof structure is fronted by a fountain-clad reflecting pool and features 5,800 square feet of elegant living space boasting rich hardwood floors, copious built-ins, and period fireplaces throughout.

Especially standing out are the screening room and a library sitting adjacent to a bar area. Other highlights include a soaring black-and-white-tiled entry foyer that flows to a fireside living area that has French doors leading outside and a formal dining room topped by a crystal chandelier, along with a sleekly designed kitchen outfitted with dual islands, top-tier appliances, and a breakfast nook with banquette seating. The primary suite sports a fireplace, a covered balcony, a walk-in closet, and a luxe bath spotlighted by dual vanities, a soaking tub, and a separate shower.

Heading outdoors, you’ll find park-like grounds dotted with numerous terraces ideal for al fresco lounging and entertaining, as well as a fire pit and a black-bottom pool and spa. Tucked off to the side of the house is a detached two-car garage flanked by a spacious cobblestone motorcourt with room for up to nine additional vehicles.

Renner, 53, has acquired and developed numerous multimillion-dollar properties in Southern California since the early 2000s, including a $25 million mansion in L.A.’s posh Holmby Hills neighborhood. The two-time Oscar-nominated actor has appeared in countless films, including S.W.A.T., The Hurt Locker, The Town, and The Bourne Legacy. Also known for playing Clint Barton/Hawkeye in Marvel movies and a TV show and hosting Rennervations, a Disney+ series in which he gives back to communities worldwide by “reimagining unique, purpose-built vehicles,” he’s currently starring in season three of Paramount+’s Mayor of Kingstown.

7 Paris Rentals to Book For the 2024 Summer Olympics

Paris is about to be busier than usual, with the French capital set to host the 2024 Summer Olympics. The Games of the XXXIII Olympiad are set to kick off on July 26 and will run through August 26, with an estimated 15 million people expected to descend upon the City of Light. Naturally, that means all those visitors are going to need a place to stay.
Considering the highly anticipated sporting event is less than a month away, you’d be hard-pressed to find a hotel or historic château that hasn’t already been booked. However, if you choose wisely—and act fast!—you can still find some deluxe, last-minute accommodations even if you haven’t secured a ticket to one of the hundreds of sporting events. To help with your planning, we rounded up seven of the best Paris rentals available during the Olympics, whether you want to be close to the action or further away from the crowds.
If you just plan on being in town during the festivities, a short-term rental that combines all the best hotel amenities with the privacy of your own home could be your best bet. Think fully-furnished digs with the added bonus of complimentary weekly housekeeping and, in some cases, a dedicated concierge. On that note, if proximity is your priority, you might want to go for something in a central location or close to the sporting event you’re passionate about. Say, for example, a home near the Grand Palais where fencing is set to take place. Other landmarks, including the Champ-de-Mars, Eiffel Tower, and Trocadéro, will also be turned into competition venues.
Traveling with a large family or a large group of friends? A sprawling townhouse could be a game-changer for spending time together, and at the same time, it offers plenty of space for when you need a minute apart. Of course, the city’s charms go far beyond the games, so we’d understand if you wanted to extend your getaway after the closing ceremony. If you’ve got the PTO or the ability to work remotely, some rentals on this list even offer monthlong reservations to extend your summer. Without further ado, here are seven great places to stay in Paris during the Olympics. Bon voyage!

    8th Arrondissement Penthouse

Parisian bliss: a newly renovated penthouse apartment that maintains the building’s 1930s charm. And a major plus? It is smack in a hive of Olympic activity, with the marathon, swimming, fencing, taekwondo, 3×3 basketball, breaking, BMX freestyle, and skateboarding venues nearby, along with the finish line of the individual cycling competition. In other words, start making your itinerary so you have enough time to enjoy your penthouse space. Across the home’s 3,600 square feet, the unit is equipped with three bedrooms, a private elevator, a study, and a fitness room. Four parking spaces make parking a breeze.

The living and dining space welcomes in natural light thanks to three floor-to-ceiling sliding doors that open to an 860-square-foot terrace. The spacious room is warmed by basketweave parquet, comfy oversized sofas, and numerous wooden accents. The primary suite, which also has direct terrace access, is both classic in design and dazzling in its decorative accents. The full marble primary ensuite is a deluxe space to wash off the summer grime while your guests do the same in their respective private baths. The price? A cool $81,522 per month.

    Boulevard Saint-Germain Townhouse

Positioned on the left bank of the Seine, in the laid-back and conveniently central Latin Quarter, this stylishly eclectic townhouse on Boulevard Saint-Germain is all set with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for a group or family of five. Some of the standouts include a small balcony and a leafy roof terrace.

Other nice touches? The living room is teeming with gold accents, funky collectibles, and chic leather furnishings. And when it’s time to chow down, the marble-clad kitchen is equipped with a seated breakfast bar, or you can enjoy your meal inside the glass-roofed dining area. Available from $1,305 a night, the property is surrounded by many public transportation options that make getting around town a snap.

    16th Arrondissement Townhouse

Image Credit: Propriétés Parisiennes Sotheby’s International Realty

For those who want to extend their post-Olympics stay or perhaps give expat life a try, you could spend 30 days (or more) holed up in high Parisian style in a townhouse near the Place de L’Etoile and the Champs Elysées at a rate of $32,609 per month. Nearby is the newly renovated Grand Palais, the official venue for fencing and taekwondo.

Image Credit: Propriétés Parisiennes Sotheby’s International Realty

The 4,520-square-foot residence underwent an enticing remodel that preserved the antique chevron-pattern parquet floors. A foyer, large reception room, and fully outfitted chef kitchen round out the first floor, with additional common areas located on the second level. The primary suite is tucked away on the third floor, complete with an ensuite bathroom, a large closet, and an office, while the three secondary bedrooms are situated on the top floor. An elevator connects all four floors, and the place is even equipped with a gym and sauna in the basement.

    Appartement Girafe

Along with an Olympic athlete or two, you can also meet a giraffe in Paris! Well, the stuffed one that presides over the living room of this 2,400-square-foot rose-colored apartment anyway. The high arch between the living and dining rooms is echoed in the swooping curves of the twin sofas and in the oval-shaped bar and the dining table. Adding to the shapes are the curves found throughout: a circular window frames a pretty view of the Eiffel Tower. To be fair, the landmark can actually be seen from almost every window. In the kitchen, dusty rose walls and wooden cabinetry combine new and vintage design elements, while a hallway lined with animal print wallpaper leads to the bedrooms.

Featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a small terrace, and a media room with a fireplace, this apartment serves as an ode to Parisian spirit and style, with a sophisticated use of color and a collection of natural wood elements and unique accessories adding warmth and playfulness. Located minutes away from the race walk, cycling road race, beach volleyball, and wrestling events, this apartment is an escape from the crowds that’s going for roughly $46,200 a week during the Olympic Games.

    6th Arrondissement Apartment

In the 6th arrondissement’s Saint-Germain-des-Près quarter, just a short walk from the cycling and archery events and the finish line for the marathon, this three-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment runs $38,000 per month. Spanning three levels, the sleek aerie has a minimalist vibe with fun pops of color. The living room has 20-foot ceilings with a mezzanine balcony that allows a constant flow of conversation, and the kitchen is well equipped with a casual eating area. The lowest level features a media lounge, an additional kitchen, two guest bedrooms, and a library.

Rounding in at about 2,670 square feet, the loft-style space is decidedly contemporary, with clean lines and gleaming surfaces. However, in the primary bedroom and bath on the mezzanine level are preserved vestiges of a 4th-century abbey.

features natural elements while maintaining a modern flare. The mezzanine balcony will keep the flow of conversation throughout the entire apartment. The primary bedroom is its own work of art: with a floor-to-ceiling white stone mosaic wall adjacent to a white oak tree branch ensures a cozy feel, after a long day of patriotism.

    Avenue Raymond Poincaré Apartment

If space is what you’re after, you’ve come to the right place with this well-decorated apartment in the 16th arrondissement, not far from the iconic Arc de Triomphe. Accommodating up to eight guests, each of the four bedrooms is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, and, best of all, the apartment, with rates that start at about $2,100 per night, comes with a dedicated concierge who can handle everything from restaurant reservations to helping secure last-minute tickets to Olympic events.

Situated along Avenue Raymond Poincaré, the fourth-floor apartment is accessible via elevator. Once inside, the living room is the star of the show, with a mix of classical features like blonde herringbone floors and bespoke Asian-themed artwork. Other highlights that add to its comfort and appeal are an elegant dining room, a wood-paneled den, and a modern chef’s kitchen. Of course, you could always post up on one of the apartment’s Juliet balconies that overlooks the vibrant street scene.

    Maison Rodin

While Maison Rodin may be centered in the heart of Les Invalides, the walls of glass that look out to a tree-shielded yard will make you feel like you’re standing in the French countryside. Running a whopping $146,700 a week, the two-bedroom spread puts you near 17 Olympic events, including the venues for archery and the finish line of the marathon.

The living room is spacious, and the dining room table easily seats a dozen, while sliding glass doors lead out to a patio that features sunbeds, a table, sofas, and a barbeque, making alfresco relaxation a priority between dashing off to Olympic events. There’s also a well-equipped kitchen, a library, and an office for when work requires attention.

Nick and Vanessa Lachey Swap Hawaii Home for an All-New SoCal Showpiece

Nick and Vanessa Lachey are officially relocating from Hawaii to California, trading in a snazzy Honolulu mansion for an equally ritzy place in Los Angeles. After only two years of ownership, the reality TV show hosts have listed their resort-style residence near Oahu’s Kahala Beach for $9.8 million and doled out $6.8 million for all-new modern farmhouse-style digs tucked away in a prime pocket of Encino.

The married actors bought their Hawaiian home for $8.8 million soon after Vanessa was cast in the CBS show NCIS: Hawaiʻi  in 2021. “We thought we were going to do a Hawaii to L.A. ‘travel-on-the-weekend’ thing,’ ” Vanessa told Travel + Leisure in a 2022 article. “We sold our house and now we’ve got Hawaii license plates.” Their decision to sell up after such a short time no doubt has to do with the police procedural getting canceled in April after three seasons.

As for their newly acquired stateside home, it was built in 2023 on a secluded cul-de-sac parcel spanning nearly half an acre. Fronted by a double-gated circular driveway and an attached three-car garage, plus a sports court sitting discreetly off to the side, the two-tone structure includes six bedrooms and nine baths in 8,300 square feet of three-level living space boasting white oak floors, high ceilings, and designer lighting throughout.

A towering wood door pivots open into the foyer, which flows to a fireside living room, an en-suite guest bedroom, and another bedroom that’s been converted into an office. Beyond a wood-railed floating staircase, an expansive great room holds a formal dining area and a family room spotlighted by a linear marble fireplace and pocketing glass doors spilling out to a covered terrace flanked by a barbecue station. An adjacent gourmet kitchen is outfitted with stone countertops, a large eat-in island, top-notch Thermador appliances, and a butler’s pantry just around the corner.

Elsewhere, the lower level comes complete with a vaulted safe room, a movie theater, a gym, a recreation room, and a seated bar with a glass-encased wine wall, while the upstairs primary suite flaunts a fireplace, dual designer showroom closets, and a luxe marble bath equipped with two vanities, a makeup counter, a soaking tub, and a steam shower. The amenities continue outdoors, where the turf-clad backyard hosts a pool with a Baja shelf and a spa and a fire pit conversation area nestled alongside a cabana.

Nick, 50, and Vanessa, 43, met back in the early 2000s when he was a member of the boy band 98 Degrees and she was a veejay for MTV’s Total Request Live. They went on to wed in the summer of 2011 and have since welcomed three children. The pair currently co-hosts Netflix’s reality dating shows Love Is Blind and The Ultimatum, with Nick also handling solo hosting duties for Perfect Match. Before moving to Hawaii, the couple sold an L.A.-area home to tennis pro Naomi Osaka for $6.3 million.

The Encino listing was held by Danielle Peretz and Oran Peretz of The Beverly Hills Estates; Craig Knizek of The Agency repped the buyers.
