      Inside Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s $4.8 Million West Hollywood Condo

      If you find Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne’s Hancock Park estate a little too big, why not opt for the couple’s L.A. condo instead?

      The Black Sabbath rocker and his wife have listed their longtime West Hollywood apartment for just under $4.8 million, as reported by Dirt. The palatial 10th-floor unit is located inside the always-buzzy Sierra Towers. Over the years, the swanky 31-story high-rise has played host to stars including Elton John, Cher, Sandra Bullock, and Courteney Cox, to name a few. The pair scooped up the pad back in 2014, but are now looking to offload it ahead of a potential move across the pond.

      Spanning an impressive 2,117 square feet, the sprawling abode offers up two bedrooms and three bathrooms. The bright and airy living quarters have been totally revamped, decked out with glossy stone floors and huge floor-to-ceiling windows that afford dramatic views of the surrounding city and grassy hillside. Of course, if you head out to the terrace, the vistas are even better.  

      The open-plan layout sees a large living room lead into a dining area and kitchen. The latter sports sleek stainless-steel appliances, shiny all-white cabinets, and a gray tiled backsplash. Elsewhere, the office has its own en suite and could double as a guest room.

      Naturally, the Jack A. Charney-designed building has a slew of amenities that residents can take advantage of, including a huge swimming pool, fitness center, sauna, and sun deck. You’ll also have 24-hour security and a concierge.

      The former reality stars put their Hancock Park home on the market in July 2022, though the estate has yet to sell. At the time, the Brits were reported to be relocating to the U.K. to avoid the taxes in California. Now that they’ve put another U.S. property up for sale, it seems like they’re finally getting closer to making the move back home.

      Jackie Kennedy’s Former Summer Home in the Hamptons Just Listed for $55 Million

      If you’re thinking of snagging a summer house in the Hamptons, the estate where Jackie Kennedy Onassis once vacationed could be your next getaway.  

      Aptly named Lasata, the Native American word for “place of peace,” the palatial property has been hoisted onto the market for a cool $55 million, The Wall Street Journal first reported. Originally built in 1917 by architect Arthur C. Jackson, the abode was previously owned by John Vernou Bouvier Jr., who was the grandfather of the former First Lady. The roughly seven-acre spread is said to be where Onassis would often spend her summers as a child.

      Today, the residence is being offered up by Hollywood producer David Zander, who bought the pad in 2018 from fashion designer and Tiffany’s former chief artistic officer Reed Krakoff. During Zander’s five years of ownership, he has made substantial renovations to the 8,500-square-foot main house, including revamping the interiors and rebuilding parts of the exterior.

      “Every time I think there’s a spot in the house that I love the most, I go and sit somewhere else and I love that the most,” Zander told the WSJ. The Spring Breakers producer tapped Pierre Yovanovitch for the design and brought in French landscape architect Louis Benech to tackle the formal gardens.

      Internally, you’ll find hardwood flooring, beamed ceilings, and oversized casement windows throughout. The living room is completely flooded with natural light and features glass French doors. Elsewhere, the dining room sports built-in bookshelves and a cozy fireplace. In addition to the eight-bedroom estate, the grounds of Lasata also comprise a separate two-bedroom guest cottage, a large swimming pool, a pool house, and a three-car garage. 

      “It’s so well known in town,” Eileen O’Neill of Corcoran, who holds the listing with Ed Petrie of Compass, told the newspaper of the compound. “It’s such a part of East Hampton history as well as American history. So that definitely is a draw for people.”

      Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake Are Teaming Up to Build a 600-Acre Town in Florida

      It’s not every day that a legendary golfer and a global pop star join forces in real estate.

      But that’s exactly what Tiger Woods and Justin Timberlake are doing in their latest venture, a luxury residential community in Wellington, Fla., a popular equestrian destination. The new enclave, aptly dubbed the Wellington, will span 600 acres, with single-family homes, condos, stores, and a hotel near Palm Beach. With a focus on enhancing the area’s equestrian spirit, the proposed development includes doubling the size of the current international showgrounds as well as a nine-figure investment to expand and upgrade other major facilities.

      Nexus Luxury Collection, a developer and hospitality group founded by Woods, Timberlake, and British billionaire Joe Lewis and his Tavistock private investment company, is leading the charge alongside entrepreneur Mark Bellissimo, with plans to start updating the area’s current 18-hole Cypress Golf Course next month, Bloomberg reports.

      Wellington is usually busiest during the winter months, when equestrian and polo competitions are held throughout the town. Now, however, finance firms and their employees, who moved to the area during the pandemic, are looking to make it their main base but may be looking for more than what’s currently available. The Wellington’s 120,000-square-foot sports-performance facility and a world-class racquet center are just two amenities in development to breathe new life into the town, as well as a 17-acre commercial center for stores, restaurants, and offices. 

      “The programming and the amenities and the lifestyle that you’ve got to deliver 12 months of the year is a little short in this area,” Christopher Anand, Nexus’s CEO and managing partner, told Bloomberg. “We have a real opportunity to redefine what full-time living is for families in South Florida.” 

      Sites for the Wellington’s custom builds will range from a quarter-acre lot to five acres, with pricing starting at $3 million. Completed condos and single-family abodes, meanwhile, will vary between $4 million and $5 million, according to Bloomberg. Those rates might be a steal for some, compared to Palm Beach, where “it’s $10 million to have a conversation” about purchasing a home, Anand says. 

      The developers expects some push back from a few locals as development continues due to the scale of the plan. But Bellissimo, who acquired the land over two decades, hopes his record of doing business in the area will keep things moving forward.

      If you’re an equestrian fan, the Wellington could be for you. Buyers looking for a suburban respite close to their West Palm Beach offices may also be interested.       Barbara Walters’s Longtime N.Y.C. Apartment Just Listed for $20 Million

      Late TV news icon Barbara Walters’s New York City apartment is now up for grabs. 

      The Upper East Side abode is set inside 944 Fifth Avenue, a white-glove co-op, where the award-winning journalist resided for 30 years. Her 11-room home spans the entire sixth floor of the prewar building and hasn’t changed much since she lived there, says Compass, which holds the listing. Architect Nathan Korn designed the 14-story building in an Italian Renaissance palazzo style, which explains the property’s 10-foot ceilings and seamlessly connected rooms. With sweeping views of Central Park, the two-bedroom abode just splashed down on the market for $20 million.

      Just from the home’s brick-red entry foyer, you get a sense of how massive each room is, making the property an ideal space to host swanky dinner parties and daytime guests alike. Apart from its towering ceilings, the living room stretches out along Fifth Avenue with three big-picture windows and a wood-burning fireplace. Wide openings between the living room, the dining room, and the library connect the three areas for an easy entertaining flow. The eat-in kitchen also includes a butler’s pantry that might come in handy for those formal dinner occasions. 

      Elsewhere, you’ll discover the wood-paneled primary bedroom, with two large windows showcasing exceptional views of the park. Two bathrooms and a sitting room/office area are attached to the grand Victorian-esque space, a style seen in the room’s expansive built-in closets, which are painted with floral motifs. Two more light-filled bedrooms can be found down the hall (one is currently being used as a den), with their own bathrooms. There are also two staff rooms with baths located in the abode.

      Walters’s dressing room and library, meanwhile, might be the home’s most intriguing space. The eye-catching room is decked out in red lacquer, accented by a leopard-print carpet. The property is still furnished with unique antiques, art, and touching mementos collected by the journalist, though Walters’s estate declined to comment on whether these elements will come with the home or be sold separately, according to The Wall Street Journal.

      Walters was the first female anchor of a morning and evening television-news program and was once the highest-paid TV-news personality in the country. A huge chunk of that massive sum includes a $25 billion real-estate portfolio, which encompasses seven palaces, 10 castles, 12 homes, 56 cottages, and 14 ancient ruins throughout the U.K., Ireland, and Romania. There are many lesser-known residences that the royals own, too, like sprawling estates and modest, tucked-away country retreats.       Buckingham Palace

      The most iconic and important piece of royal real estate is London’s Buckingham Palace, said to be worth an estimated $4.9 billion. One of the world’s most-visited tourist attractions, the famed property has been the official residence of the monarch since 1837. The neoclassical-style palace has a whopping 775 rooms, including 188 staff bedrooms, 92 offices, 78 bathrooms, 52 royal and guest bedrooms, and 19 state rooms. It also functions as the monarchy’s administrative headquarters.

      Balmoral Castle

      Located in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, Balmoral Castle was Queen Elizabeth’s favorite summer home, and also where she ultimately passed in September 2022. Prince Albert purchased the castle for Queen Victoria in 1952, and it became a go-to summer home for the royal family and the location of the annual royal summer party known as the Ghillies Ball. Spread over 50,000 acres, the estate has 150 buildings and a tried-and-true Scottish design of plaid wallcoverings, ornately carved wooden cabinets, and tartan decor.

      Kensington Palace

      The former official residence of Prince William and Kate until the Queen’s passing, Kensington Palace in London has been owned by the British family since 1698 and was the birthplace and childhood home of Queen Victoria. Many famous royals have lived here, including Princess Diana during her marriage to the now-King Charles. According to Forbes, it’s said to be worth an estimated $630 million. There are 547 rooms in total, but William and Kate resided in Apartment 1A within the palace—a residence with four floors and 20 rooms. According to the royal family’s official website, other royal residents have included the Duke and Duchess of Gloucester, the Duke and Duchess of Kent (who live in the palace’s Wren House), the Prince and Princess of Kent, and Princess Eugenie and her husband (who now reside in the palace’s Nottingham Cottage, also Prince Harry and Markle’s first home). 

      Windsor Castle

      Windsor Castle is the oldest and largest occupied castle in the world, located in the English county of Berkshire 25 miles west of Central London. Since their move from Kensington Palace, William and Kate have resided in Windsor Home Park’s Adelaide Cottage, which is about a 10-minute walk from Windsor Castle. Worth an estimated $743 million, the famed site can be visited by the public throughout the year. 

      Sandringham Estate

      The royals have their annual Christmas celebrations here each year.

      The Georgian-style Sandringham Estate was one of Queen Elizabeth’s favored homes and where she held the royal family’s annual Christmas celebration. It now is the private country retreat for King Charles and Camilla. Built in 1771, the Grade II–listed mansion is situated on 20,000 acres of land, 350 of which is a public park. The grand estate has belonged to the British monarchy since 1862, when Queen Victoria bought it as a gift for her son and heir, Prince Albert Edward of Wales. William and Kate also have a home on the property, called Anmer Hall, which they intend to keep. 

      Frogmore House

      The Crown has owned Frogmore House, located in Windsor, England, since 1792. The house is currently unoccupied but is the site of many private and office events. The more well-known Frogmore residence may be Frogmore Cottage, the former home of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, that shares the same grounds as Frogmore House. Frogmore Cottage was built in 1801 when Queen Charlotte reigned. 

      St. James’s Palace

      St. James’s Palace in London was the official residence of the monarchs for 300 years until the reign of Queen Victoria. It still holds an important role today; it’s where the Garter King of Arms announces the accession of the new monarch. It’s also where Princess Anne, Princess Beatrice, and Princess Alexandra reside when they’re in London. More than 100 charity receptions for charities associated with the royal family are held here annually. According to Forbes, it’s worth roughly 700 million. 

      Clarence House

      The home where King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla lived before the accession.

      Before the accession, King Charles and Camilla lived in London’s Clarence House. It was built between 1825 and 1827, and Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip even resided here after they got married in 1947. The Queen Mother also lived here for nearly five decades, and Prince William and Prince Harry briefly stayed here before moving to Kensington Palace. Said to be worth $72 million, the Regency-style house was built by architect John Nash.

      Highgrove House

      King Charles III purchased the Highgrove House in 1980.

      King Charles purchased this nine-bedroom Highgrove House in Gloucestershire, England, with his then-wife, the late Princess Diana, in 1980. They renovated the Neoclassical Georgian mansion into a fitting country retreat, as well as planted gardens with rare trees and plants. King Charles spent a day of reflection here after the death of the Queen, and it is now one of his private residences with Camilla, according to the website.

      Palace of Holyroodhouse

      This is King Charles III’s official residence in Edinburgh.

      The $83 million Palace of Holyroodhouse is King Charles’s official residence when he goes to Edinburgh, Scotland, for official royal engagements. There are 14 apartments within the residence, but it is also open to the public year-round. It was originally built in 1503 by King James IV and is probably best known as the residence of Mary, Queen of Scots. 

      Kew Palace

      Small but mighty, the Kew Palace on the banks of the River Thames was once the home of Queen Caroline and George II in the 1720s and later George III and Queen Charlotte. It’s the smallest of all the royal palaces, but still said to be worth $70 million. The grounds feature magnificent gardens, royal kitchens that depict Georgian life in the early 1800s, and Queen Charlotte’s rustic cottage.

      First Look: Inside the Luxurious Nobu Residences in Los Cabos

      Nobu Hotel Los Cabos is about to feel a lot more like home. The Baja California Sur resort has officially unveiled the design of its private residences—and we got a sneak peek inside.  

      The veteran hospitality brand’s Mexico outpost has added an additional 60 residential-style accommodations to its swanky 200-room property, ranging from one to four-bedroom suites that all live up to Nobu’s contemporary, Japanese aesthetic. The luxurious new units act as an extension of the hotel—meaning, they’re only available for guest bookings, not for lease or to buy like traditional residential concepts.  

      “Our goal when creating Nobu Residences was to give guests a sanctuary that they can call home in Los Cabos,” says Richard Sorensen, general manager at Nobu Hotel Los Cabos, in a press statement. “With amplified luxury amenities unique to the residences such as private pools, home gyms, barbecues, and more, new doors are opened to experience the Nobu lifestyle on a personal level, whether it’s hosting private dinners and events, or just spending quality time with family.”

      From the moment you arrive, you’ll be treated to a private VIP check-in experience and an epic array of exclusive amenities. The latter runs the gamut from your own fitness room and massage suite to a 24-hour personal concierge and an au pair room. If you don’t feel like hitting up any of the hotel’s world-famous restaurants one evening, you can opt for an in-residence meal prepared by a private chef.  

      Each of the 60 residences is minimalist in its design and pays homage to the Baja area with handcrafted decor by local artisans. A fully functioning kitchen, a terrace deck, and a deep soaking tub in the bathroom all come standard with the suites. In the one-bedroom Hikari category, there are either garden or golf course views, a living room, and a dining area spread across its 1,046 square feet. Elsewhere, the 2,051-square-foot Asahi accommodation offers up the same, apart from its two beds and a terrace with a barbecue.

      Nobu Residences Los Cabos

      The larger Sakyü suite, meanwhile, measures 4,483 square feet and is decked out with one king bed and two doubles. Here, you’ll have a garden view with the added bonus of a private plunge pool. The largest residence is the four-bedroom Kogane Penthouse, spanning 6,141 square feet with either golf course or partial ocean vistas. Naturally, no matter which residence you choose, you’ll have access to all of the hotel’s facilities. There’s a 13,691-square-foot spa and wellness center, four swimming pools, and chef Nobu Matsuhisa–approved fine-dining venues.  

      Starting rates for Nobu Residences Los Cabos begin at $1,600 per night.
