NFL Star Joey Bosa Is Asking $4 Million for His L.A. Home
Last July, while he was still on the Los Angeles Chargers roster, Joey Bosa doled out $3.5 million for a home in the South Bay area of L.A. Now, after a trade that takes him to the AFC East Champion Buffalo Bills next season, the NFL defensive end has decided to hand over the keys to the residence with a nearly $500,000 jump in price, asking a dash under $4 million. Stephanie Younger and Chloe Nash of the Stephanie Younger Group at Compass hold the listing.
Resting amid a corner parcel spanning nearly a quarter of an acre in the Westport Heights neighborhood of Westchester near SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, where the Chargers and Rams both compete, the two-tone stucco and wood-sided structure was built in 2023. Inside, five bedrooms and an equal number of baths are spread across a little more than 4,400 square feet of three-level living space boasting wide-plank hardwood floors throughout.
The fireside great room has a wall of sliding glass doors spilling out to the backyard.

A walkway passes over a reflecting pool before emptying out at a large custom metal front door that pivots into an entry foyer with a curving glass-lined staircase and a seating area. The main level is highlighted by a fireside living room that connects to an eat-in kitchen sporting ebony-hued cabinetry and Miele appliances, with the entire space opening to the outside on both sides via sliding glass doors. An en suite bedroom tucked off in a corner by itself is currently arranged as a dining room.
Holding court on the upper level are an adjoining office and seating area, a laundry room, and two more en suite bedrooms, as well as a primary suite hosting a fireplace, a balcony, a walk-in closet, and a bath equipped with dual vanities, a spa tub, and a glass-encased shower. A cascading water feature introduces the lower entertainment level, which offers a full bath, a wine and wet bar, and a “cinema zone.” A gym Bosa trained in has professional-grade equipment that comes with the sale of the property.
All the gear in Bosa’s state-of-the-art gym is included in the sale of the house.

Rounding it all out are the tree-laced yards, which are spotlighted by an infinity-edge pool with a spa, a barbecue and bar setup, and a fire pit conversation area. There’s also an attached two-car garage out front, plus a whole-home solar system.
Bosa, the son of former NFL player John Bosa and older brother of Nick Bosa, who is currently a defensive end for the San Francisco 49ers, agreed to a one-year, $12.61 million contract with the Bills in March. The 29-year-old Florida native, who was originally drafted third overall by the Chargers in the 2016 NFL draft, was the last remaining player on the lineup from when the team played in San Diego.
