Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson’s Sydney Harbor Home Can Be Yours for $12.5 Million
Having scooped up a historic mansion in Sydney’s ritzy Centennial Park Federation last year for a whopping AUS$22.8 million (about US$15 million), investor and TV personality Robert Herjavec and professional dancer Kym Johnson have hoisted their harborfront condo in Rose Bay on the market with a AUS$19 million guide price (about US$12.5 million), as reported in The Sydney Morning Herald.
The telegenic duo, married in 2016, picked up the ground-floor residence about four years ago for AUS$13.5 million (about US$8.9 million) and the listing held by Michael Pallier of Sydney Sotheby’s International Realty shows the single-level unit has three bedrooms and three-and-a-half bathrooms, plus a detached single-car garage with a lift that allows it to park a second vehicle.
The minimalist kitchen includes a huge marble island.

The sleek, contemporary interiors, courtesy of MHN Design Union, are complemented by a high-tech home-automation system, integrated ceiling speakers, and a video intercom. Highlights include a linear fireplace and a hidden cocktail bar, oak floorboards, cotton-white Venetian plaster walls, and Ralph Lauren silk wallpaper. All three bedrooms have limestone-sheathed en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has a spacious walk-in closet and garden access, while one of the guest rooms includes a small adjoining study/home office.
A minimalist kitchen stocked with designer appliances anchors one end of the great room, and the other has a wall of glass that slides open to a covered terrace with a stainless-steel outdoor kitchen. Foliage lines a patch of turf and frames views of Shark Island and the Harbour Bridge across Rose Bay. A private path shared with other residents of the small building provides direct access to the dog-friendly Rose Bay Beach.
Glass sliders open the condo to a covered patio with an outdoor kitchen.

Herjavec, a computer security pioneer, seeks investment opportunities on both the U.S. and Australian versions of Shark Tank, and Johnson is a ballroom expert who has appeared in both the U.S. and Australian versions of Dancing with the Stars. The couple met while partnered on the popular program’s 20th U.S. season, where they placed sixth. (Johnson won season 9 while partnered with Donny Osmond.)
Herjavec and Johnson still own an international collection of private homes. In addition to their Centennial Park Federation mansion, bought from Afterpay co-founder David Hancock and his caterer-turned-philanthropist wife, Fiona Hancock, they maintain a sprawling lakefront spread in Port Carling, Ontario, Canada. They also have a residence in L.A.’s Hidden Hills enclave, bought in 2023 for $26 million; a waterfront home with a private dock in Newport Beach, California; and, the most recent addition to their portfolio, a $19 million condo on New York City’s Billionaires’ Row that they bought earlier this year.
