Wise Living, the build-to-rent (BTR) arm of property services firm SDL Group, plans to build more than 10,000 homes by 2025, it announced today.
Its plans are backed by recently-launched partnerships with investors Triple Point and ICG Longbow, as well as developers Keon Homes and Lovell Homes. The company will look to secure more long-term partnerships over the next five years, it said, including with “key regional and national developers”. These partnerships will support site appraisal, development funding, and property management, it said.
Wise Living was launched in 2018, and currently has developments in Mansfield, Birkenhead, Coventry and Telford.
