Following the 10th anniversary of the awards in December, the event will return to its usual spring date this year, and take place on 11 May in the Great Room at Grosvenor House.
Last year, Places for People won Residential Company of the Decade, while Residential Personality of the Year went to the late Stephen Ashworth and Peter Freeman.
Fresh scooped the 2021 award for Student Accommodation Operator of the Year.
